NONIES POV...
I'm in labour and jays not helping at all he doesn't even wanna hold my hand and here I am holding onto his hand squeezing the shit out of it
Doctor:123 push
Me:Ahh!!!!!!!
Doctor:Okay Mrs Smith we almost there one last big push
Me:AHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
I feel something slide out and shortly after I hear baby cries
Doctor:Congratulations
I feel weak and the last thing I see is jay holding the baby then lights out
MELINDAS(Jays girl)POV
So jay thinks it's okay for him to leave me for that bitch I'll teach them a lesson.Im currently at the hospital paying off the nurse I'm taking Nonies child the nurse will then after pronounce Nonies baby dead and we will leave a dead baby so they actually buy the story
I have everything figured out already I'm just gonna call jay and tell him I need his help with something when he shows up I show him "their" baby and lie to him saying I found this child i don't know where I'll make up some story and it's a boy his always wanted a boy so he was definitely gonna forget about me anyway after he sees it's still a newborn I convince him to stay and help me raise the child then we get married and we live happily-ever-after Nonie can go hang herself for all I care it's such a shame man she's gonna bury a child that's not even hers meanwhile her child will be in my hands

Me:Ugh idgaf here's your cash(giving her a parcel)
She walks off and I check the coast to see if anyone saw me and walk out with the baby

I flutter my eyes open and they met by Jays big eyes staring at me

Me:Octavia plus it rhymes with Xavier you'll give him a black name

JAYS POV
I leave Nonies ward and go fetch our baby I can't wait to meet the little guy
Me:Uhm excuse me nurse my wife gave birth recently and we would like to see our baby
Nurse:Oh okay surname?

She walks in the place where they put babies and comes back with a frown on her face
Me:What's wrong
Nurse:I'm sorry Sir but your wife gave birth to a stillborn baby
Me:No nurse I held the baby it was crying just a few hours ago
Nurse:I'm sorry sir lemme go get the doctor
My heart starts beating slow as I go inside and search for the surname Smith I take a look inside and the baby is not moving I reach out to grab it but it's still not moving I try pinching it still nothing
Doctor:Sorry Sir you not supposed to be in here
Me:Why isn't my baby crying what the fuck is wrong doctor he was crying a few minutes ago!!!
They lead me out and took the baby away pronouncing my baby dead I'm broken I have no words to express the pain I feel inside I held this baby not so long ago and now my baby is dead Nonie didn't even get to touch him how am I gonna break this to her I'm walking down the hospital passage looking down when I bump into someone I look up and it's Nonie
Me:You supposed to be in bed
Nonie:You took too long so I decided to come get him myself see you don't even have him with you lemme go fetch him
She tries walking past me when I stop her

Nonie:Jayyy!! I wanna see my baby just wait you'll talk to me when I come back
Tears start forming in my eyes as I'm about to tell her
Nonie:Are those tears of joy(Frowning)
Me:Nonie the nurse said you gave birth to a stillborn
Nonie:She's just fucking with you I heard his cries
Me:Nonie babe don't
She removes herself from my grip and rushes to the baby section it wasn't even 5 minutes when I heard her screams right now I'm too tired to even go check up on her I lost my baby.I walk to where she is following her cries and I find her sitting on the floor with our baby in her hands and she's just crying she looks so broken I've brought nothing but pain to Nonie I don't deserve her
Me:(Walking over to her side)Nonie
Nonie:Stay the fuck away from me I HATE YOU SO MUCH JAY
Jay:You not the only one whose hurting I lost my baby too Nonie okay so quit acting like a bitch!
She stares at me with no reply and continues rocking our baby with the hopes that he might cry.

After the whole incident at the hospital me and Nonie decided to go our separate ways our relationship was too broken anyway we buried Octavia shortly after the whole incident and we've been on good talking terms and co-parenting Xavier she's handling everything better than I expected her too she didn't go mute again but you can see that she's broken.Melinda contacted me again but this time around she came with a baby that she found it was abandoned and it's a baby boy when I held him for the first time we instantly connected the bond was strong so I agreed to us taking in the baby I mean he deserves a good shot at life and since his parents don't want him I'll be more than glad to raise him.
I'm heading to Nonies house to pick up Xavier and I'm taking Sihle with me that's the name Me and Melinda decided on I take out my phone and call up Nonie

Me:Hey bab..ugh I mean Nonie
Nonie:Wassup you on your way
Me:Yea I'm actually here

I park my car and walk out unstrapping Sihle from his car seat and Sihle starts crying I can't handle this baby.. sometimes I can get him to keep quiet but sometimes he just doesnt stop it's as if there's something he wants I mean even Melinda can't get him to stop
Actually Sihle doesn't like it when Melinda holds him at all he just loses it

Nonie walks out with Xaviers bag and puts them in the car while I'm still trying to get Sihle to calm down

But I swallow my words when sihle keeps quiet as Nonie starts playing with him and I see a little smile on his face

Nonie:(Still focusing on Sihle kissing him all over his face)I don't know I just held him I guess
Me:I think ima bring him more often(smiling)
Nonie:(Smiling)Hmm you should(Xavier pulls down Nonies hand signaling that he wants to see the baby)

Xavier:He has your eyes and nose don't you think
We both turn our attention to Sihle and come to think of it he really resembles Nonie a lot
Nonie:He also has daddy's ears hey that's so weird
I take a look at Sihle again and my eyes finally open up Sihle looks like me and Nonie but okay lemme just shake off that thought
