"It's getting late." Elsa commented, looking out the window worriedly.
"We can wait a little longer." Anna said, rearranging the pieces on the board for another game.
"Yeah Elsa, we're already here so why not stay here a little longer?" Hiccup asked.
"Well, we still have to travel and-"
"Nonsense, we've never had this much players since one of the maids agreed to play with us at the castle." Anna laughed. "If we wait a little longer, we'll have another player in the game." Anna added.
Elsa sighed. She's a hundred percent sure the two were only saying that since they both knew what Elsa was really waiting for, or rather, who Elsa was waiting for.
"What's taking Jack so long anyway?" Anna asked.
"I don't know." Thia shrugged. "If I'm not mistaken, he should've been here by now."
"Maybe if he actually knew Elsa was here then he would've took the day off." Hiccup said.
"Well, doesn't he? You saw him right?" Anna asked.
"Uh, actually... no." Hiccup scratched the back of his neck. "I didn't see him. I only saw Thia walking out a shop and told her about Elsa and we went straight back here."
After saying that, Hiccup earned a glare from Anna and Thia. "No wonder he's still not here!" Thia reacted.
"Sorry, I was searching for hours and when I saw you I couldn't wait to go back already cause I've kept these two waiting for a long time." Hiccup reason as he gestured to Anna and Elsa.
"We could've waited a little longer." Elsa said.
"Yeah, honestly I would've slept and recharged my energy while you searched for Jack." Anna said. "I would've been a better game master."
"You're not fully charged at that state?" Thia raised an eyebrow, holding back a laugh.
"I'm missing about a quarter of my energy." Anna answered. Elsa and Hiccup laughed at her answer. "I doubt that it's a quarter." Elsa joked.
"It is." Anna defensively said.
"Well, compared to your not fully charged state I'm almost out of energy." Elsa said. "I think I could use some rest for a bit." She added.
"Why don't you lay down in one of the rooms for a bit then? In Jack's room perhaps?" Thia gave her a smirk.
Elsa raised an eyebrow before shaking her head. "No, your room is fine." Elsa said as she headed to Thia's room, which was formerly their room.
"No no." Thia stood up from her cross sitting position almost too instantly just to stop Elsa. "My room is a mess, I don't want guests to see that mess."
"You talk as if we were never roommates." Elsa said. Thia paused. She had a point.
"But still, just go to Jack's room please." Thia pushed Elsa to the direction of Jack's room.
Elsa rolled her eyes, finally giving in to Thia's request. Once she entered, the door immediately closed and a few giggles were heard.
Elsa sighed, inhaling some of Jack's natural scent that lingered in his room. She went to the bed and sat on the edge, finding a stack of letters that was half hidden under the bed.
Her eyebrows furrowed as she reached for one letter that was visible and saw that it was addressed to her.
Elsa's heartbeat immediately quickened and her hand was slightly shaking. "Jack's handwriting?" She asked herself flipping the envelope and saw no seal, making it easy to open.
