Luques' POV

"Tell the elites to prioritize the wounded! They are top priority! Make sure na naka stand by ang healers and send warriors to guard the damn infirmary!" Malakas na sigaw ko sa guildian na nasa malapit ko habang nakikipaglaban parin sa dark mages na parang hindi nauubos sa kakasulpot para subukan kaming patumbahin.

"Where the hell is Ireneia?" Rinig kong malakas na sigaw ni Helios habang nililinga-linga ang ulo nya.

Dahil hindi ko din naman alam kung nasaan si Ireneia ay pinili kong magfocus na lang sa mga kalaban ko. This motherf*ckers seem to be coming endlessly!

Medyo nararamdaman ko na ang pagod but I know this is still not the time for me to stop. Kailangan kong gawin ang lahat, ibuhos ang lahat ng lakas ko para ilagtas ang Heleina. I need to do this to save the land we consider home.

Helios' POV

"Where the hell is Ireneia?" Inis na sigaw ko dahil halos maikot ko na ang buong guild, assassinating every dark mage who dares to block my way of course, and still find not a single sign of her. Ni anino nya ay hindi ko makita kahit saan.

The last time I saw her was when we evacuated trainees na alam naming hindi pa sapat ang kaalaman para lumaban.

I even tried mindlinking her but to my dismay, her mind was f*cking blocked!

Has anyone of you seen Ireneia?

Tanong ko sa alphas through mindlink habang nakikipaglaban sa dark mages na gigil na gigil na sinusugod ako.

I saw her ran to the woods! It seems like she's trying to chase someone.

The grass even turned to ashes the moment it came contact with the mist. Tress had turned dry and dead as the leaves started to fall off from its branches.

There were also few animals laying dead on the ground. Fortunately, hindi ganun kadami ang nakikita kong patay na hayop.

Since, I myself is a black magic user, hindi na ako nagdalawang isip. Instead of running miles and miles away from it, dire-diretsong sinalubong ko ang itim na usok na kumakalat sa gubat, para simulang hanapin ang pinanggagalingan nito.

The mist seemed to be spreading for a while now dahil malaking parte na ng kagubatan ang nasakop nito.

After about 5 minutes of running and sprinting ay narating ko na din ang pinanggagalingan ng itim na usok. My feet brought me into a clearing and there stood in the middle of it are three people trying their best to kill each other. Well the fight was unfair since it was two against one. Not to mention that both men are teaming up to kill a single woman.
