Love that transcends time

Everything was set, all the decorations were done. All that was left was to call Drishti over. Rakshit was dressed and wore a white shirt and white trousers. Then Rakshit went over to Drishti's house,

Rakshit: (looking around) Drishti...Drishti, where are you?

Drishti was in the kitchen cooking or rather bothering her mom who was actually doing all the work. She heard his voice and said,

Drishti: (loudly) Rakshit, I am in the kitchen.

Rakshit: (came over) hi aunty, how are you?

Aunty: I am fine son, how's everything?

Rakshit: all good. Drishti, what are you going in the kitchen? Are you trying to destroy this house too? (Said it while laughing)

The thing is Drishti can't cook and every time she comes to the kitchen means a world war 3 has started 😂

Drishti: (angry) I haven't touched anything Rakshit. Stop blaming me...

Rakshit: sorry, I didn't mean to upset you. Now come on, I have a surprise for you. But first put this one. (Handing over a wrapped box)

Drishti: (excitedly) what is it Rakshit?

When she opened it, she saw a beautiful pink colored saree. She was so happy and hugged Rakshit.

Rakshit: ok now get dressed and meet me outside.

She immediately ran to her room and got ready. Then went outside and saw a pathway was made using rose petals (Drishti's favorite flower and mine too 💜 - K). She was surprised and looked at Rakshit who handed her his hand and Drishti took it. Rakshit then blindfolded her with a clothe.

Drishti: Rakshit what are you going?

Rakshit: shhh Drishti, you talk too much. Just walk with me.

Drishti: (pouting like a little kid) fine

Both walked over to the beach and Rakshit took off her blind fold from her eyes. When Drishti opened her eyes, she was awestruck. Although she had seen Rakshit decorating the place but now that she's looking at the final product, she couldn't take her eyes off of it. It was beautiful.

When she turned towards Rakshit, he was already on his knees with a ring made of wood. He hand crafted the ring for her. Tears were rolling down Drishti's eyes seeing him like this.

Rakshit: Drishti, I have known you my whole life and I have loved you since you were in aunty's womb. I love you Drishti, and will you....

Before he could finish the sentence, she knelt down in front of him and hugged him. With tears dropping like crazy, she said

Drishti: yes, yes, I love you Rakshit and I want to be with you forever.

None of them knew that the word "forever" would be the vary thing that kept them together. Call it a curse or their love's devotion, this word bound them together for centuries to come.

So after the proposal, everyone came out of hiding. All the village people knew about this and were secretly watching them from afar. They were all aware of their love for each other and was happy to see them confess. Drishti was embarrassed and ran to her mom and hugged her trying to hide her blushing face. Then a clergy was called to wed the two of them.

But the moment the wedding was going to happen, she shows up. The one whom all feared. The one who's name was never spoken in their village but was always referred to as the witch. Yes, the witch. (Imagine the most ugliest witch you could imagine 😤 - K). She's here to stop the wedding.

Sachini: so how is my Rakku sona? Omg you are just as I had foreseen. You are too hot. Uff what am I going to with myself, I will make you mine.

Rakshit: (not afraid of her) no way in hell Sachini. I will never let you achieve your goal. I will kill you myself for hurting everyone.

Sachini: Rakku sona, do you think you can take on me all alone with no powers. Do not even think about it. Listen to me when I say it nicely otherwise I can force you.

Rakshit: NEVER. You do what you want and this wedding will take place.

In the meantime, all were scared but one person will more confused then scared. She wasn't sure what was going on. Sachini looked over her and saw her confused face.

Sachini: hey you, why do you look like you never heard of me. I am Sachini, the witch that hunts everyone even in their dreams.

Drishti: yeah sure, and I am your mother or your god you choose that's gonna kill you.

Sachini: you are gonna kill me right, ok... let's see you do that.

Drishti came near her and tried to attack her. But Sachini then took out her sharp nails and was going to plunge into her throat but Rakshit found a wooden stick and hit her head with it. Sachini was so angry.

Sachini: you didn't listen to me? Ok then you will suffer the consequence.

Sachini one by one killed everyone with her magic. There were bloodshed everywhere. She attacked Drishti too and Rakshit ran over to her. She was bleeding badly.

Drishti: (crying) I am sorry Rakshit, I don't have much time. I love you and we will meet again.

Rakshit: no Drishti, don't leave me. Please, how am I supposed to....

And just like that she died. Rakshit was devastated seeing everyone he cared about die in front of him. Whereas, Sachini was laughing her ass off (mind my language 😂).

Sachnini: this is what you get for not listening to me. Now do as I say and come with me.

Rakshit: I will never do anything you say.

And he was about to take his own life too but Sachini cursed him in anger. Knowing that she couldn't force him to love her then she could watch him suffer without his love.
