Rakshit was shocked as Drishti explained how she is also a co-owner of his company. He didn't know what to do or who to believe so he called over Shikhar who came in running.

Rakshit: (stern voice) come in

Shikhar: sir, you called me?

Rakshit: Shikhar, did you know anything about Ms. Khanna acquiring 49% of the shares?

Shikhar: sir...um...sir

Rakshit: (mad) what sir??? How many times do I have to tell you to call me bhai? And why are you stuttering? I asked you a simple question. Did you or did you not know about this?

Shikhar: (guilty) I am sorry bhai. I did know about this in fact I helped them get the shares.

Rakshit: what? How could you even after knowing about me?

Shikhar: I know bhai and that was the reason which let me to make such a decision. I want you to be happy.

Rakshit: and you think this is going to make me happy? Shikhar...(forgetting Drishti was there) do you have any idea what situation you have led me to. Do you know what will happen...

Drishti: (bossy attitude) can you stop blaming him. He didn't do anything. If anyone to be blamed it's you. If you had given me the deal than you wouldn't have to deal with me now. So stop making the poor guy feel bad. And what will happen if I am your partner?

Rakshit: (pointing to Shikhar) I will talk to you later. (Pointing to Drishti) who do you think you are to become my partner ha? I don't accept this partnership. If I have to go to court than I will. I don't like cheaters like you.

As they were talking, Shikhar left the room knowing that he's in big trouble.

Drishti: excuse me, how are you calling a cheater ha. I didn't cheat you but you cheated me. You said that you gave the deal to your friend and here, I found out that you don't have a friend. So who's the cheater now ha? And as for who I am, I am Drishti Khanna, daughter of one of the best businessman in the world Prem Khanna. I can be anyone's partner if I wanted to be so who are you to judge me???

Rakshit was lost for words. He just stood there looking at her or dare I say admiring her bravery to stand up against him in front of him for that matter. So many emotions ran through him and he didn't know what to do. Just then Drishti realized he was stirring at her, she felt embarrassed.

Drishti: why are you looking at me like that? So answer my question, where is this friend of yours now?

Rakshit went closer to her and she just froze there unable to move as if she was glued to the floor. But her heartbeat began racing faster than the speed of light if that's even possible that is.

Rakshit: (whispering in her ear) so you want to be my partner?

There was no reply so Rakshit looked back at her face and saw that she was blushing.

Rakshit: you shouldn't blush like that in front of anyone Ms. Drishti Khanna daughter of Prem Khanna.

Drishti gained her senses and said,

Drishti: (still blushing) what? I wasn't blushing. It's hot in here that's why my cheeks are red that's all.

Rakshit didn't say anything else and went to his chair and sat.
