My parents, being well off, would buy anything Jihyun wanted for him.
It was cute.. how innocent our parents could seem. They would go on lots of trips just to make him happy.
Of course, I was never allowed to go anywhere with them whenever they went out, whether it was for dinner at a fancy restaurant or a vacational trip to Seoul for a few days.
They'd always give the same excuse.
"You're brother is too sick and weak to go out anymore"
"You should know by now that your brother doesn't like outings like these"
Of course, I didn't say anything. I'd even tell him to go without me. That I'd be fine, home alone..
It gave me a chance to teach myself, so I guess it's not too bad. Since my parents don't bother to teach me anymore, I use my brother's tablet to find lessons online, since our parents took away mine.
It also gave off more fuel to the flames when it came to my interest in wolves.
Sometimes I would teach Jihyun about wolves and the true nature of it, and he would tell me about what they learned in class that week. He would teach me how to do them and in return, I would teach him of what I know.
He had always called me a perfectionist, since I always asked him to teach me more and I wouldn't drop it until I understood it all.
