  I sat at my desk, staring at the book in front of me.

I've said before that Swan reminded me of someone, but I didn't know who, until now.

It took a while, and I even forgot about it for a bit, but that changed earlier today.

When Swan was talking about his bracelet, he had this look in his eyes that I recognized immediately.

It was still the same as when I had seen it in those few seconds at the river. It was also the same as in the school yearbook now in my hand.

When I had met him as Swan, he seemed content with his life- happier, but when he talked about his bracelet, he had the same sadness in his eyes.

One thing that stuck out to me though was his subgender.

It confused me at first, but I didn't say anything.

Now that I think about it though, it kinda makes sense. Jinyoung hyung has told me about the contacts Swan and Moni hyung made for him.

I didn't believe it at first, but then he showed me, and I can only guess that Swan was using them too.

I'm guessing that Swan saw theories about him being a Beta and used them to his advantage.

All Swan would have to do is put on the eye contacts and go on with his life.

It would be easy enough to do so considering no one has had definite proof about his subgender before, and people don't expect someone like him to be an Omega.

His brother said that he ran away, so he probably doesn't want him finding him either.

It's obvious he wants to keep his identity a secret, so I won't say anything.

I spent hours trying to process everything, but in the end, I was just excited and happy.

Who wouldn't be after finding out that their savior, who they've been looking for, is now their close friend.

My view on him didn't change much after finding out about his true identity. If anything, I respect him more now that I know.

Anyway, I woke up the next day and rushed to school excitedly.

Taehee was slightly curious why, but she let it go when she saw how happy I was.

Today, not only do I now know who Swan really is, I also have Jungkook to talk to about everything.

Jinyoung hyung and I are close now because of our shared problems, but I feel more open with Jungkook. Today, I plan on introducing him to some of the pack.

Since I got to school a bit early, I decided to look over what I found about Swan:

His real name is Park Jimin.

His brother is the popular kid in school who's now looking for him.

He's a 95-liner like me.

And he's obsessed with knowledge and facts.

There's obviously a lot more I could list down, but I was interrupted by the sound of someone calling out "Hyung".

When I looked up, Yugyeom was calling me from a distance.

He ran towards me with a happy smile from the other side of the school as I sat up against the tree I was leaning on.

When he finally reached me, he sat down next to me excitedly. "Hi hyung."

I laughed at his eagerness. "I'm guessing hyungie told you huh." He nodded. "What's he like? It's been a while since hyung hung out with anyone but us."

I hummed in thought as I tried my best to describe Jungkook to him.

"Well, he's your age, but he doesn't have many friends." He nodded in understanding.

"I've heard tons of rumors about him, but I've never met him since we have different schedules. What's he really like?"

I smiled at the younger boy.

"He's actually really nice, but a bit introverted." "I can see why. How did you know him, hyung?"

I thought back to our first meeting. "His class had to spend a week with an older student."

I smiled at the memory. "He was quiet at first, but we got along well in the end. He even defended me against my other.. friends."

I could hear Yugyeom hum.

When I turned to him, he was looking ahead, but I could still see the respect in his eyes.

We talked about Jungkook, Swan, and the rest of the pack until the bell rang for class. We agreed that I would bring Jungkook with me to the pack's spot at lunch.

After our little agreement, we went [our] separate ways.
