Part Twenty Eight

When Eve woke up she was confused and lightheaded. She didn't remember what had happened but suddenly it came rushing back.

She'd been at death's door and had a seizure. She died, but she came back.

She opened her eyes and saw Genaro crying. He looked up and saw her and she said, "I'm so, so sorry."

He rushed forward and hugged her as hard as he could and she returned the hug. "I'm so sorry," she repeated.

" Está bien, no importa, muchas gracias por venir de nuevo, ¿Por qué me abandonaste?" he asked, voice cracking.

" Yo no trato de salir, me dijo que era el momento, así que me dejes que me lleve, pero Él me dejó volver. Yo estaba en el cielo y que te vi y estoy tan arrepentido."

He didn't respond, but he broke out of the hug. She came back.
