Halfway home, the seizure came. Seeing her black out he panicked, not wanting a repeat of the last seizure. He sped up, not caring if he was speeding. He had to get her home.

He had thought she'd just blacked out but when he saw her convulse his heart rate doubled. Mierda.

Why her? Genaro thought. She doesn't deserve it! She wanted a child but now this is ruining everything. Next thing we know she'll be diagnosed with epilepsy! Oh mierda.

He got home without getting pulled over, it had only taken a couple minutes but she was still having a seizure. He picked her up and brought her inside, carried her up the stairs to their room and laid her on the bed. He sprawled out on it too, and whispered, "I'm sorry, I'm so sorry.... I love you."
