"Your form is sloppy and your stance is not as good as last time. Do it again."

Adam huffs at Antonio's order, trying to catch his breath.

"Bro, I'm kinda dying here. Give me a minute." Adam says as he leans his hands on his knees.

"That an excuse you're gonna give the suspect when they come at you out on the field?" Antonio sternly asks.

"What, did you wake up on the wrong side of the bed or something?" Adam asks as he straightens up.

"Hey. Enough." Jay speaks as he walks up to the two.

Today is Intelligence's day inside of the small gym a street away from their station. The guys have minded their own business just like the newest member has. She secluded herself to a particular corner, being she was the first one to arrive in order to get a good spot this morning.

"Why don't you pick on her or something? She's been sitting there for the last 10 minutes." Adam asks as he points to Danielle.

She's sitting on a bench, staring at the floor, obviously in some sort of daze. Her oversized shirt is covered in sweat at the shoulders and neckline, her hair is pulled back into a low bun, and her breaths are slow but deep.

"What was she even doing, anyway? She hardly seems out of breath." Adam asks.

"I saw her lifting weights a while ago and doing some kind of yoga looking moves. But they didn't seem exactly like yoga, so who knows." Kevin answers softly as he joins the guys.

"I wanna see what she's got." Jay supports Adam's suggestion.

"I wouldn't mind watching." Kevin agrees.

"Rodriguez!" Antonio calls out, watching as she looks in their direction.

He uses one hand to wave her over, all of them watching as she makes her way to where they are near the punching bags.

"It's your turn." Adam says as he points to the bag he had been practicing on.

"For what, exactly?" She asks as she puts her hands in the pockets of her baggy sweatpants.

"Show us what you've got. The sniping academy must've shown you good moves, right?" Jay asks, sounding doubtful of her skills that she has yet to show.

All she does is nod slightly, looking at the bag as they step back, giving her some space.

"Okay, just do what you would normal-"

Antonio's sentence doesn't even get finished as she delivers a clean roundhouse kick to the bag, causing it to sway backwards. Swift punches and powerful kicks follow as soft grunts leave her mouth with every hit, her feet moving her around the bag as it sways in different directions. The guys, and very few other officers within the gym, attentively watch her move without seeming to break a single drop of sweat. With a deep inhale she stops moving, her hands slowing the bag down as it comes towards her again. Looking at her teammates, she finds Adam and Kevin wearing small grins, Jay seems to be slightly impressed, and Antonio just chuckles.

"Your form needs to be like hers." He comments to Adam who nods a bit.

"Well, since you did so well with the bag, let's find you a sparring opponent." Antonio says, looking at her.

"I've got just the guy." Jay is quick to say, turning around and looking across the room. "Erick!" He shouts, waving at a guy.

The tall, muscular man- Erick, stands up from the bench where he was lifting weights, soon making his way towards the Intelligence group.
