Jay kept walking around the forest, looking for the thing, he hates it. It ruined any chance at having a normal life for him and Hannah, recalling what had happened 8 years ago. But he knew it was this one, the old knife wound and everything. And he knew it remembered him and Hannah, and it can't live for the atrocities it committed, for all the pain it brings her. Jay doesn't want to admit it, but he knows that his feelings for her are coming back, no, never left, just forgotten. He then heard a scream behind him that sounded familiar and he just thought "those idiots, why would the come in here?" And started running back. But while running back, he brought out his phone and made a call.

The group was shaking, frightened at the thing in front of them. And Hannah, she was still as scared as ever if the thing. It then opened its mouth and said in that cold, raspy voice of its "getting...hungry...need...food" it then looked dead at Hannah and smiled a crooked, messed up grin. "We meet again... I told you... you would be mine... I smell the other one as well... I'll get him soon... but you... your much more important..." it said again. It then leaped down from the side of the tree, grabbed her, and dashed off into the forest at such speed that the group could only see which way it ran off. Jay then showed up moments later, and looked at each of them and then everyone could tell he was pissed. "Where is she? I thought I told you guys to watch her. Made sure she didn't get hurt." He took a step forward and could tell they were frightened by something. Just then, the general showed up from the other side with a few men. "Jay, you called? What is so damn important that you call at 3 in the morning?" The general said, getting angry. "General, watch them, and don't let them out of your sight, take them back to the cabin, and shoot anything that isn't me or Hannah" Jay said. "Hannah, you mean the girl that was at your place that one day?" The General asked. "Yeah, her. I'm going to look for her" Jay said while turning his back on the group. "Well, What would I, I mean we get out of it?" The General asked. "You get to keep the body of the windego, and study it or some military bushit" Jay responded while taking off his jacket and dropping it. "Windegos aren't real, and if they were we would know" The general said. "Tell that to my past, Hannah's past, and all of these ones here, they just saw it" Jay said. "Now Which way did that bastard run?" Jay asked the group. Marshall pointed with a shaking finger and said "t-that way, I-it Just picked her up and ran." Then the general looked down at the group and realized who they were and sighed " o-oh so it's you guys, t-then I guess your correct Jay, they do exist, if my own son say they do." Hiding his face. Jay didn't care, he just wanted one thing, to get Hannah back, safe and sound, And that creature dead of course, with its head nailed into his wall. He started walking in the direction Marshall pointed and started growling a little.

The General then took the kids and took them into the cabin, sat down with them, next to his son and sighed. "Men, watch the doors and windows, if it's a creature that looks like god took a shit on a human's face, shoot it" He said to his men. He looked at each of the kids and weakly smiled. "Hey kids, sorry about getting wrapped up in all this fictional nonsense. You want anything to drink or eat?" He asked them. "N- no I believe we're good dad, and don't worry about it. You've been away so you don't know what's exactly fictional and what's real." Marshall said. "You mean the demon-cat? Or the windego?" He asked. Marshall looked up at him with a shocked expression. "H-how do you know about the demon-cat?" His son asked him. "Son, I may be old, and I may be stupid. But the top 2 things I know, are to A. Never intentionally piss of the one who goes by the name Jay Colsen and B. If someone who's stronger than me gives me an order, I follow it. That's why I'm here, I was asked to be here by the one known as Jay, and he knows me because he has the information I need" the general explained. "I just hope he comes back, wouldn't want something that valuable disappearing-" he cut himself off while looking at a book that's sitting on the table in front of him. He then picked it up and looked at its cover and opened it up to the first page and started reading it.

Jay was dashing through the forested area, completely pissed about what happened. He knew the were-brid should have taken control awhile ago, but it seems like it's just waiting, watching in amusement, as if to say "this is your problem, not mine". Jay was so lost in thought of what could happen, he didn't see the branch in front of him and ran face first into it, as it tore his mask a little. Jay instantly rose up and looked at his mask, it wasn't a deep tear, but just enough to be annoying so it would be obvious to identify him as the old him. He slipped the mask into his back pocket and went back to searching for it, remembering all the research done on it. Then he found it, the thing's base wasn't hard to find, but it was a different windego, he then entered the cave that was pitch black with heads on spikes in front.

Hannah stayed there, completely immobile, not only tied, but also immobile from fear. She knew it would show up again, but didn't want to believe it. She was hoping this day would never come, but it was here, and what did it mean she was more special than Jacob? She then stopped for a minute and remembered it said he was close, but she doesn't know how close.

She then heard something shift and move in the darkness of the cave, as a loud sound hit the floor in front of her. Then she heard heavy breathing, and something go "hungry...food..." and the windego tear into the thing in front of it as it screamed. She then realized what was happening, the windego was eating something, someone in front of her. She closed her eyes and opened them again, only to realize she could then see everything, it wasn't even dark. She could see everything in the cave clearly, and looked down and saw the windego. It was eating a person she remembered, it was one of the ones that just tried to rob her and Jay. When she forced him to let them go freely, she thought nothing would happen to them, but here was one, getting eaten right in front of her.

She noticed not only could she see clearly in the dark, but also her hearing was a lot better, because she then heard a sound getting closer and then the windego Look up and back from the now dead body. "He's here...2 birds...1 stone..." and with that said, it dashed back to the entrance.

Jack went farther in and then realized how far this cave went, and started to expect it was an abandoned mine. Then without realizing at first, he stepped on a piece of wood. He then tried being more careful, but he couldn't see, so he stepped in a puddle by accident and then looked up and felt something dashing towards him. Out of instinct, he swung and felt his fist connect with something and then a thud, like something hitting the ground. "Nice...hit...can you...see me..?" He heard it say, remembering the voice. "Why the hell would I tell you that?" Jack said, wondering where Hannah could be. "So, you're here, with that knowledge, I'm guessing Hannah is close?" Jack asked. "Behind me...not far...want to...say hi before death?..." it responded. "I'm not the one going to die" Jacob said and turned and swung, hitting it again and turned back and dashed forward, running into what sounded like a wide open room, he then heard breathing off to his left.

Hannah couldn't do anything, but she could hear what was going on just a little further. She then heard the sound of steps getting louder, and she saw him, him. She felt her heart nearly stop as soon as she saw him, and took in a sharp breath, she then saw him face her and say "Hannah, where are you? I can't see" and she realized, the room was dark, but how could she see? She didn't question further as she saw the windego enter the room again, blood dripping from its mouth and head. It went to tackle Him, "behind you!" She shouted as it was in the air. She then saw him turn around and grab it's jaw and throw it with such tremendous force and speed, she almost missed it. He then ran over to her and she felt the binds get looser, watching him undo them.
