What have I done?

"I wish I could just lay in your arms forever" I mumble and Peeta smiles. "I wish I could hold you forever" he says and I smile this time. "We should probably get ready" I say and Peeta nods and kisses my cheek. "I'm going to get a shower" I say and he nods. "I'll wait until you're out" he tells me. I stand up and the cold air hits my skin. After last night I put one of Peetas shirts on before falling asleep in his arms. We talked most of the night. He holds onto my hand and kisses it. "Love you" he whispers and I smile. "I love you" I say. I don't like saying I love you too because it feels as though you're just saying it because the other person is saying it so I say I love you. And it means more to me. I know it doesn't make much sense but it does to me. After washing my hair and body I step out I wrap a soft towel around me. I gasp as I notice a small bruise on my jaw. "Peeta!" I say and he walks in. "What?" He asks and I point to it. "Oops , sorry" he says kissing it softly. "I'll need to cover that with makeup" I say and he smirks. "It's not funny" I complain and he holds both sides of my face and kisses my lips. "Or don't cover it up" he says winking and I stick my tongue out at him. "I don't need the children seeing that" I tell him and he just hugs me. "I'm sorry. Go get changed so I can shower" he says and I nod and walk out to the room. I open my suitcase and take out a pair of leggings, a pair of grey Uggs, a grey t-shirt belonging to Peeta and a hoodie over it. I do my makeup, making sure to cover the bruise up and then paint my nails quickly. Peeta walks out of the bathroom and gets clothes for himself before getting changed quickly. "Peeta" i say and he looks up and I snap a photo. "Hey, at least let me take a proper one" he says and I roll my eyes. "Okay" I say opening the camera again. I put the timer on and just as it is about to take Peeta turns my head around and kisses me. "Peeta!" I groan blushing. He grabs my phone and writes something before posting it to Instagram. I just smile and he wraps his arms around me. I smile and rest my head on his chest and my arms wrap around his waist. There's a knock at the door before Finnick walks in. "Hey guys" he says smiling. "Hey" we say. "We're going for breakfast, you coming?" He asks. "Yeah we'll be down in a minute." I say and he nods and smiles before leaving. "Remember just our little secret" he says winking and I nod. "I know. It's about Annie and Finnicks wedding , we'll get our turn" I say kissing his cheek and he nods. We walk downstairs hand in hand and when we get to the bottom everyone is waiting for us. "Hey guys" they say and we both say hi. "You ready?" Michael asks and we nod. I look over at Calum and Ashton who have sunglasses on and look like death and not just cause they're vampires. "Hi boys!" I say loudly and they groan. "Katniss!" They whine. "Sorry I couldn't hear you!" I say smiling and they both pout and everyone laughs. "I never want to see alcohol again" Calum says. "Yeah, oh and by the way did you feed ashton his Popsicles?" Ashton asks and he looks at him confused. "You had to leave to feed ashton Popsicles. Well that's what you told us and then left. And said 'bye little dude' or something along those lines" ashton tells him and he just shakes his head. "Like I said, Calum plus alcohol equals bad combination" he says and I laugh slightly. "Why so happy?" Silvano and fury ask coming up next to us as we begin walking. I glance over at Peeta who just smiles. "No reason" I say an they nod suspiciously. We just keep walking until we get to the breakfast place. We walk inside and get a seat and I sit next to Peeta and Silvano and fury are on my other side. Peeta is holding my hand under the table I smile and run my thumb across the back of his hand. He looks over at me and I smile at him. Silvano nudges me and I look at him and everyone laughs. "What?" I ask. "Clove asked you a question" he says. "Oh right what?" I ask blushing. "I said, did you see ashton dancing last night?" She asks. "Yeah" I say laughing. "Katniss I love you" Peeta sends in my head. "Peeta I love you" I send back. He smirks slightly and we wait for food to arrive.

"Have fun guys!" I say hugging both alice and Michael as they get ready to leave. "Thanks" Alice says and Michael smiles. They both get in the cab and head to the airport where the plane is taking them to the island. I thought it would be a good gift. Everyone leaves and Peeta twirls me round so I'm facing him. "How's my fiancé?" He asks and I blush. "I'm great" I say. "How's mine?" I ask and he smiles. He kisses me softly and I smile. Today we're just spending the day in the hotel room. Maybe go swimming later or something but I'm sill pretty tired from yesterday. It was an eventful day. Peeta jumps on the bed and I climb in next to him. I cuddle up to his chest and close my eyes, feeling myself fall asleep.
