People were cheering from the back yard and an all time favourite song of mine came blasting through the speakers. The small crowd of people dancing got so hype as the hard hitting bass line of Hypnotize could be heard through out the back yard and probably even from inside the neighbours houses.

"I love this song!" I shouted out to Tom shoving my feet into my heels. Biggie Smalls thick voice started off the song.

"Wanna dance with me?" I asked him already swaying my hips to the beat.

"Lets go" He grabbed my hand and walked with me to the make shift dance floor. We found a spot between the other people and I began loosing myself to the music, closing my eyes and dancing to the beat. I opened my eyes again to see Tom sort of just swaying awkwardly back and forth.

"Cmon you said you were in a musical, I know you can dance" I shouted to him over the music.

"I'm a terrible dancer!" He said looking shy.

I took a step towards him, taking an arm from his side and placing it around my waist. His hand falling just at the top of my ass. He lightly ruffling the material of my playsuit causing it to rise up slightly which I smirked at.

I draped an arm around his neck and spoke into his ear.

"Can you keep up?" I asked with a cheeky smile. He pulled me against himself so quickly that I stubbled slightly but caught my balance laughing at his sudden confidence.

Our bodies moved in sync as we danced to the music. I closed my eyes, an arm hooked around Toms neck and I leaned backwards slightly letting my hair fall behind me.

Too soon the song was over, but who ever had their computer plugged in to the speakers had an excellent taste in music as California Love was up next.

I let out a drunken laugh as this was another favourite song of mine. Tom and I separated a little bit and dance around with other people too. I noticed Harrison and I shouted out hello and noticed he was dancing with Stacey.

In my over friendly state I went up to Stacey and gave her a big hug. She hugged me back and smelled more strongly of alcohol than I did.

"you and harrison hey" I smirked at her.

"Possibly! He's so cute" She said with a huge smile on her face.

"Get it girl!" I shouted excitedly. She laughed at me and we dance together for a little while.

"What about you and Tom hey?" Stacey asked me. I looked back and saw Tom & Harrison dancing like total dorks with each other, pretending they both weren't watching us.

"I'm not sure whats happening there, we're really flirty but I don't know him that well, yet" I said as we moved to the music, and looked over at him again.

"lets go get a drink, we can talk more inside" she said taking my hand and pulling me along with her.

"We'll be back!" She shouted back to the guys.

We stumbled up the stairs giggling stupidly at each other. Stacey grabbed something from the bar cart and I picked us up some cups.

"Whats that?" I asked her tilting my head to the side.

"Midori! It's delicious" she said pouring a large amount into each cup and topping it off with lemonade.

I took a sip of the drink and Stacey was right, it was delicious. I hadn't had Midori in what felt like forever, certainly not since I was a teenager.

"So, how did you and Tom meet?"

I told her the events of the day we met and the times we've hung out since that day. I felt like Stacey and I got along really well which made me really happy.

"So, I only just moved to the area and I don't know many people yet. Maybe we can hang out sometime?" I asked her fidgeting with my bracelet.

"That sounds great, wheres your phone? I'll put my number in." I was happy to see my bag and coat still in the kitchen and I fished my phone from the bag.

I unlocked it and tossed it towards Stacey as she tapped a few keys.

"All set!" She said with a smile, I put my phone back into my bag and turned back to my drink.

"Should we make some for Tom & Harrison?" I asked Stacey.

"Good idea!" She spoke will busying herself getting two more cups ready. I up ended my drink finishing it quickly.

"I'll take another please" I flashed her a smile.

After Stacey had finished making the drinks we headed back outside to find Tom & Harrison standing over the computer.

"We brought you guys a drink" Stacey said handing Harrison an almost over flowing cup.

I handed Tom his drink as we all said cheers. The sweet drink making its way down my throat.

"What are you guys doing?"

"We're just queuing up some more music on my laptop" Harrison said to me.

"Do you wanna pick some?" Tom asked.

"Hell yeah!" I said excitedly going through the hundreds of songs I added a few to the queue.

One of my songs came on shuffle and Stacey and I skulled our drinks, ditching the cups on the windowsill and making our way to the spot where almost everyone was dancing now.

Stacey and I were dancing together and making total fools of ourselves. I had an arm hung around her neck shaking my hips to the beat, I flipped my hair off my shoulders so it hung behind me in long waves.

I caught Toms eye as he was looking at me with dark eyes and a flirty smirk. I titled my head to the side raising an eyebrow and he clapped Harrison on the back as the both came towards us.

Stacey threw her arms around Harrison's neck and planted her lips right on his.

Tom and I started whistling and cheering at them, when they broke apart Stacey was giggling like mad and Harrison looked sort of shocked. That didn't stop him from taking Staceys face in his hands and kissing her again.

I looked at Tom who already had his eyes on me. He was grinning ear to ear, happy for his friend.
