Chapter 37

Lays POV

I stopped crying and dried my tears. I looked at her once more, wondering if she had heard me. I felt a sudden pressure on my hand and saw that she was faintly squeezing it. I smiled I amazement.

"Jin? Are you awake? are you okay?" I laughed and smiled. "Don't worry you're going to be just fine- I was interrupted and I saw her body start to convulse and seize. I pushed her down, putting my weight on her but she wouldn't hold still. "Nurse!! Nurse!!" I yelled out. "Help I need a doctor!" The door slammed open and a medical staff rushed in.

A male nurse pulled me off. "Hold her down! She's going into cardiac arrest, her organs are failing!" "No let me go! Let me go!" He put me into a headlock. "Do you want her to die?" he asked. "No." "Then let us do our job." he replied. He let me go and I fell to the ground. It was like an out of body experience. I watched as they put the defibrillator on, as they put the machine to her chest and tried to shock her heart back to life.

1 time.

2 times.

3 times.

And then the 4th and last time. The doctor stopped and looked at the nurse, at me and then at the clock. "Time of death, 9:37 am." he said. He put the machine down and walked up to me. "I'm very sorry for your loss."

D.O's POV

I walked back happily smiling, I stopped by a flower shop and bought some flowers to brighten up her room. It would be nice for her so see something pretty when she wakes up, too bad these flowers don't compare to her beauty.

I stopped outside her door about to go in when a medical staff walked out. They looked solemn and the doctor exhausted. He took one look at me and shook his head. I furrowed my eyebrows together in confusion. I opened the door to open the room. My grip on the flowers loosened and they hit the floor.

Her machine was turned off, Lay was laying down on the side of her bed, hugging her; using his arm as a pillow for her head and he was murmuring words that I couldn't hear. I walked closer....her chest wasn't moving, she laid death still. "What...happened?" I asked him. "Shhhhh." said Lay. "Jin's taking a nap, don't wake her, okay?" His eyes were unfocused and his breathing was irregular.

He kissed her cheek and continued to comfort her. I looked away in anger, grief, and pity. I stroked her hair and kissed her forehead. "I'm sorry, I didn't know she was still asleep. C-Call me when she wakes up okay? So that we can celebrate together." I told him. He nodded and I held in my tears until I was outside of the room.

Chanyeol came up smiling to the door, unaware. I stopped him before he could go inside. "Hyung?" I broke down in front of him and clung to him, unable to stand up by myself. "What's wrong?!" "Dead." "She's dead." "Aaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!" I screamed into his jacket, muffling the sound.

Luhan's POV

"Luge! What about this? Do you think that she'll like this?" Xiumin held up a shirt with a wolf on it. I laughed. "Nee, hyung. She'll love it."

*riiiiiiiiinnnnngggg*

Caller: Sehun

"ah, why don't you go pay for it? I gotta take this." I walked out of the store and answered my phone. "What is it Sehun? Has she woken up yet?" Silenced filled the air, I thought that he had hung up. "Sehun?" "Sehun?" "Are you still there maknae." One word I could hear. "Dead." My heart dropped. Xiumin came hopping out. "Come on let's go!" I stood there and shook my head. "We can't, not anymore....."
