''Are you serious? She's really ungrateful!''

Eclipseshine rolled her eyes. Two days passed since she became a warrior. Bramblehiss and Thistlefang haven't visited her in her dreams anymore since she fought Leopardeye and Violetstream until now, and she thought it was so the Clan didn't think she was attacking someone every day, or something like that.

''What did you say her warrior name was?'' Thistlefang asked.

''Butterflyspirit. And Leopardpaw and Violetpaw are now Leopardeye and Violetstream.'' She meowed.

Bramblehiss huffed. ''And I suppose you're Eclipseshine now.''

 The she-cat nodded.

''Anyways, back to training.'' Thistlefang purred.

''So, when we said you should attack another cat, you said that we'll see who you'll be going for next. Who are you planning to attack?'' Bramblehiss asked.

''Like I'd tell you. Wait and see.'' Eclipseshine growled. She never wanted to attack someone else from her Clan after she attacked Leopardeye and Violetstream, but Butterflyspirit angered her so much that she didn't care anymore.

''If you don't tell us, we can't teach you fighting moves, and you probably won't be prepared.'' Thistlefang spat.

Eclipseshine lashed her tail. ''The cat I want to attack can't even fight.''

''So you're planning to attack the three kits ThunderClan has as soon as they become apprentices?'' Bramblehiss asked.

''No, but that's a good idea.'' Eclipseshine meowed.

''Then who?'' Thistlefang narrowed his eyes.

''Hmm, I don't know if it's a good idea to tell you.'' Eclipseshine meowed.

Bramblehiss unsheathed his claws. ''Tell us, or-''

Before he could finish, Eclipseshine opened her eyes. She heard a yowl and quickly got up to her paws, rushing out of the warriors' den.

When she got out, Barkclaw, her father and the deputy, had a gray rogue pinned to the ground. ''How dare you kill our medicine cat?!''

What? Eclipseshine looked around with her right eye, confused. She only saw Turtlenight. Wait.. is Wishlight dead?!

She rushed over to the medicine cat apprentice. ''Turtlenight, what happened?'' She asked.

The tortoiseshell-and-white she-cat looked at her, shaking with fear and grief. ''W-While I was out collecting herbs, t-this rogue came into our camp without anyone s-seeing him. He.. he killed Wishlight, and when he tried to leave the c-camp.. he got caught.''

Eclipseshine's fur bristled as she stared at the rogue. Barkclaw unsheathed his claws, but before he could claw the rogue, Dreamstar rushed over. ''No, we can't kill this rogue.''

''But Dreamstar, he killed our medicine cat!'' Barkclaw hissed.

Dreamstar lowered her head. ''I know. That is a loss for us, but we can't attack this rogue.'' Then, she looked back. ''In fact, nowadays, we encounter a lot of rogues in our territory. I'm sure they have a camp.''

''What are you thinking about, Dreamstar?'' Tigerbite asked.

The leader sighed. ''We have no choice, but to attack their camp.''

Eclipseshine sat, curious. An attack on the rogues' camp? Now that's interesting! She seemed to suddenly forget about Wishlight's death. Barkclaw looked back at the rogue, then at Dreamstar. ''I'm sure this rogue won't tell us where his camp is.''

The she-cat sat and stared right in the rogue's eyes. ''Now, would you be a dear and tell us where your camp is?'' She hissed.

The rogue narrowed his eyes. ''Are you mouse-brained? It's not like I'll tell you.''

''Then we will finish you off!'' Tigerbite hissed, but Dreamstar flicked her tail in silence.

''No, Tigerbite, we won't do that.'' She looked at the rogue. ''Now, you either tell us where the camp is and we'll let you free, and we won't attack your camp, or you either don't tell us, we keep you a prisoner and we'll find your camp by yourself. And yes, we will attack.''

Wait, no attack? Didn't she just say that we will attack? But then, Eclipseshine saw an amused spark in Dreamstar's eyes and then understood. She tried to trick the rogue.

The gray tom stared wide-eyed at the leader, and he actually seemed to think. Dreamstar flicked her tail, waiting for a response.

''Fine, I'll tell you.'' The tom let out a hiss. ''So, there's this Clan, ShadowClan I think. Our camp is situated behind their territory. When their territory ends, to the opposite direction of their camp, you just go straight forward and you should scent us.''

Is this rogue stupid or what? Eclipseshine narrowed her eyes. Dreamstar nodded. ''Thank you. We shall let you go then.'' She dipped her head at Barkclaw. The deputy stepped aside, and the rogue quickly got up and ran out of the camp.

When the gray tom left the ThunderClan camp, Dreamstar turned towards her cats. ''We don't have much time. We must find their camp and attack them immediately. If we won't do anything, then we could lose more cats.''

''Wishlight was a good medicine cat, may she walk safely among the stars.'' Dreamstar sighed and looked at Turtlenight. ''Prepare her for burial. As soon as we get back, I'll hold a meeting. Now, who wants to stay behind? At least four warriors, please.''

 ''Me.'' Floodfrost meowed.

 ''I'll stay.'' Gorsefoot joined.

''We'll stay too.'' Softheart meowed and flicked her tail towards Feathercloud.

''All right. You four will stay. Flowertail and Turtlenight will stay too, of course. Guard the camp while we're gone.'' Dreamstar meowed, then looked at the others who were going.

''The rogue probably entered ShadowClan's territory by now, so we have to get there quick. They probably have a leader, and he may not be as mouse-brained as him. Let's go.'' She meowed and turned, rushing out.

Eclipseshine followed, along with the other cats who were going. She quickly remembered what she learned in the Dark Forest, and the fighting moves from Gorsefoot. She was going to protect her Clan once again.

She then noticed Butterflyspirit look at her. Eclipseshine rolled her eyes and fell behind, so that the black-and-ginger she-cat couldn't look at her anymore. Why can't she just leave me alone for once?

When they reached the Thunderpath that marked the border with ShadowClan, it was already Sunhigh. Dreamstar stopped and looked both ways. ''Now, we will not go in the direction of their camp. If a patrol sees us, keep running. When we have the chance, I will explain this to Finchstar.''

The cats started to cross the Thunderpath. Eclipseshine rushed to the other side, but before she could get there, she heard a loud noise. She looked to her right and noticed a monster coming towards her.

She was frozen with fear and couldn't move. Before the monster could hit her, a cat quickly grabbed her by the scruff and threw her to the other side. Eclipseshine looked up to see who saved her, but hissed as soon as she saw it was Petalflight who helped her.

Eclipseshine got up. ''Thanks, I guess.''

''No problem.'' Petalflight purred and padded away. Eclipseshine stared after her. Even if I'm not friends with Butterflyspirit anymore, it doesn't mean I want to talk with you or your stupid group!

When all the cats crossed to the ShadowClan territory, Dreamstar started to lead them into the enemy Clan's territory, trying to follow the gray rogue's scent, but before they could get far, a sharp voice hissed from behind them.

''What do you think you're doing?''
