Warriors: Eclipsepaw's Hatred (Complete)

Chapter 23

 Two moons passed since Eclipseshine and Butterflyspirit forgave each other. Their friendship was now stronger than ever, and Eclipseshine never went back to the Dark Forest since the day she became Butterflyspirit's friend again.

 Barkclaw was killed by a fox while he was trying to lead it away from ThunderClan's camp, and Eclipseshine missed him dearly, since he was her father. Gorsefoot became the new deputy of ThunderClan.

 Eclipseshine also revealed that she was the one who ruined Turtlenight's herbs, and Yarrowpaw returned to her apprentice duties, while Eclipseshine had to help Turtlenight, but she still had a place in ThunderClan. Goldenturtle also retired to the elders' den, and Butterflyspirit respected that.

 Yarrowpaw, Ashpaw and Owlpaw all got their warrior names. Yarrowheart, Ashglare, and Owlhiss. Tulipwing was now a queen again, and she had her kits a moon before Barkclaw died. She had two kits, and their names are Sunsetkit, an orange-and-white she-kit with dark orange stripes, and Sunrisekit, a cream-and-white she-kit with orange spots and brown stripes. Eclipseshine tries to spend as much time as she can with her mother and her sisters. And many other things happened, but in the other Clans.

 Eclipseshine padded back to camp from a hunting patrol, with two birds in her jaw, and one mouse on her back. Butterflyspirit followed her, with a squirrel in her jaw and two voles on her back.

 ''Here, ThunderClan, have your prey!'' Butterflyspirit joked as she put her prey in the fresh-kill pile. Eclipseshine gave a short laugh and did the same. Then, she took a bird and laid down next to the fresh-kill pile, while Butterflyspirit took a shrew and sat in front of Eclipseshine.

 ''Well, we should try to hunt more, now that leaf-fall is here.'' Butterflyspirit sighed. 

 Eclipseshine nodded. ''I agree.''

 ''Sister, sister!'' Someone meowed. Eclipseshine saw Sunrisekit and Sunsetkit jump around her. 

 ''How are you?'' Sunrisekit asked.

 ''I'm good.'' Eclipseshine purred. 

 ''Did you catch this?'' Sunsetkit asked, looking at the prey Eclipseshine caught.

 Eclipseshine nodded. ''Indeed I did.''

 ''Woah! I really want to become an apprentice now!'' Sunrisekit purred. 

 ''So do I, but we have to wait four more moons before that.'' Sunsetkit answered.

 ''Aww, not fair!'' Sunrisekit wailed, but Eclipseshine licked her sister's ears. 

 ''Well, time will pass faster before you know it.'' She purred.

 ''If you say so..'' Sunsetkit purred. ''And I really can't wait to become an apprentice! I want to become the medicine cat apprentice!'' She continued.

 ''Me too, but I want to become a warrior!'' Sunrisekit added.

 ''That's really amazing!'' Eclipseshine purred.

 ''Is this your friend?'' Sunsetkit asked and looked at Butterflyspirit, who watched the whole time. 

 She purred. ''Yes, I am! My name is Butterflyspirit.''

 ''You two look really close! Have you been friends since you were kits?'' Sunrisekit asked.

 ''Yes, we were.'' Butterflyspirit purred.

 Eclipseshine nodded. Well, not really, but it's a secret between me and her now. The black-and-white she-cat thought, but decided not to say anything.

 ''Well, since me and Sunrisekit are the only kits in ThunderClan, we will do everything together!'' Sunsetkit purred. 

 ''And, we will include you whenever we can, Eclipseshine! You're our sister!'' Sunrisekit purred.
