Barriers - Taehyung || Complete

Ch. 7

In order to try and forget what just happened with Jungkook, I kept myself busy. I re-organized my notes and I organized Amy's office. I gulped down the whole coffee I bought. A few minutes later, Amy comes in carrying a little black satchel and a brown paper bag that looked like there was food in it.

"Good morning, unnie." I greeted.

"Ah, good morning, y/n!" she held up the paper bag. "I got us breakfast, I hope you are hungry."

After drinking the coffee and starting to feel the adrenaline rush, I think food will calm me down. "Thank you." I grabbed my food and started eating. "Everything is ready for the day. I had a lot of time to get the stuff I needed as well as organizing your office."

"Thank you so much! Did you have some extra time to explore the building?"

"Oh." I couldn't tell her what happened with Jungkook. Even though it seems that Jungkook knows the rules too, I wouldn't want to rat him out. "Yes, I had about a half hour so I looked around to see the different rooms. I think after some time I will get used to it."

"Great." Amy looked at her phone when a beep went off. She took her iced americano to take a sip while reading her messages. "Alright, so there will be another photoshoot today and the boys will start preparing for their performance in America."

"When is the performance in America by the way?"

"It will be in two months. It's a three day trip. Now I know you are from America and you literally just came from there. So I should ask you now if you are okay with flying there and back here when you will have a month left of your internship."

"That's perfectly okay with me." I smiled.

After gathering her own papers, I followed Amy out of her office and we went to the practice room where the guys were slowly gathering one by one.

"Good morning!" Amy said.

The seven of them bowed their heads and greeted the both of us. I saw the little kid in Jungkook again. He looked in my direction and immediately looked down. He had a little pout and his eyes were full of fear. I continued staring at him so he could feel that I was staring and look up at me. I smiled at him and nodded my head. I wanted him to know that what happened this morning, although wrong, that he didn't need to feel guilty about it and I would forget about it. He slightly smiled and everything seemed to be okay. 

"So I am going to tell them the plan for the day. Although they have a pretty general idea of what will happen for the day, it's always good to remind them." she told me as she spoke to them in korean. 

The first thing they had to do for the  day was to practice for five hours. They would be going on their Love Yourself tour soon so they had to practice their songs. Since their practice would be long they would be able to get a break in between to have lunch, which I am going to have to get. 

Seeing how Amy works, it seems all she really has to do is get her stuff ready for the day and the rest of time she is just watching them work. It's a pretty laid back job so I knew I would enjoy this; especially being able to see them everyday.
