"I've been in Korea almost two months, Amy. When are you finally going to tell me the new job?" I asked her while we were out eating with the baby.

She fed the baby little spoonfuls of her own food and then took a bite of her sandwich. "Don't worry, y/n. Today is the day that you find out."

"Finally!" I threw my hands up in the air jokingly. "Why did it take so long and why were you keeping it a secret?"

She shrugged and then smiled. "Because it's more fun. Besides, Lisa was with you the whole month I didn't think you would want to be working while she was here. You have to admit, having her with you everyday definitely made your move a lot smoother."

I smiled. "Yeah, it was. I was so sad when she went back home. But since I moved so suddenly I had to sublet my apartment and she was insistent that she take the place so I have somewhere to stay when I visit."

"Did she have fun?"

"Oh my gosh, she had so much fun!" I chuckled. "She was so amazed by the food and culture that she really wants to come back soon. The added security for us also made the experience a lot more safer."

"We still don't know how severe your news is. It has definitely died down in these last couple months so that is good news. But we wouldn't want to leave you alone just in case there are still those obsessed fans who are still upset."

"And I really want to thank you for that. Lisa was thankful as well."

"I'm glad she had a great time and we would love to see her again."

The baby then started fussing, turning Amy's attention away.

"I think it's time for the little one to take a nap." I said looking at her.

"I think so too. I'm going to drop her off with my mom, and then how about you meet Jongin and me at Big Hit later this afternoon?"

"Sounds great!"

We paid for the check and headed out of restaurant and walked to our cars. In my car, I watched Amy safely drive away before I left.

When I arrived back at my place I set my keys down on my counter and walked into my kitchen to grab a water. The apartment I was given is actually very similar to the one I had last time so nothing felt out of place to me. The only thing that felt different was that I can call this place mine. Even though the company paid for it, I insisted that since I'm not an employee that they let me pay the utility bills.

I hung around watching some TV to let the time go by. I looked at the time and wondered what time it is back home.

"Hmm, it's about seven in the morning there. Maybe they might be awake already."

I turned on my face time and called my parents. A few rings later they picked up and both of their faces showed up.

"Good morning, honey!" my mom greeted.

"Good morning. I didn't wake you did I?" I asked looking at my parents who were still in their pajamas.

"Oh, no. We woke up about ten minutes before you called us so we haven't been able to start our day yet. What's up, is everything okay?"

I nodded my head and smiled. "Everything here is great. I just wanted to call to say hi and that I miss you guys."

"We miss you too, y/n," my dad said. "How has the adjustment been going? When does Taehyung come back from tour?"

"The adjustment is going well, they've given me extra security to make sure I'm safe. As for Taehyung, I'm told they'll be back in a couple weeks so I'm really excited for them to come back home."
