I know what it feels like, being trapped in your own past with not enough power to move forward, it's almost as if you're stuck in a loop of some sort, one that never ends and slowly keeps going until it has driven you out of your mind, making your screams feel pointless and your friends feel useless.
I wrote this chapter because I don't know how to form my sentences in just the perfect way when I speak directly to you yet I feel like I must let you know; That when those heart-wrenching memories fall down on you at night when the world is silent and everyone is sound asleep but you, I'll always be there.
I'll welcome your rants and be a safe space for you to vent, I'll lock up your secrets and emotions, you can put your trust in me. I won't let you down. I'll make sure your heavy eyes finally see the rest they deserve.
Please, count on me.
