She's my best friend- in a world full of liars, dirty backstabbers and toxic traits, I chose her to be the bearer of my secrets, the treasurer of my trust and the shoulder I will always lean on.
She's my best friend, she has gorgeous hair, a wonderful smile, and eyes so warm and welcoming you'll melt right into them. Yet she also has a fragile heart, She loves too hard and forgives too much, She always blames herself. I've seen it happen too many times, her past friendships and her past lovers, She always put herself down so they wouldn't get sick of her and leave.
She puts up a strong character in front of people but I know her well enough to see right through her huge lie, she pretends she doesn't care when people leave when really it could be twisting her heart.
She's my best friend, and I care about her deeply, I've been with her long enough to know what she went through, I know what makes her upset, I can feel it when there's something wrong.
So tell me, who do you think you are? barging into her life and treating her like a toy, buying her one present and then holding that against her for the rest of her days, acting like talking to her is a chore- even going out with other women! and somehow she forgives you. Just thinking about how bad you've treated her makes me sick. You've completely ruined her idea of love, You took away the beauty of her teenage years, telling her how to act, what to wear and seeing her as property.
Don't you know what you have? Don't you realize how precious that hand that you complain about holding is?
You better love her right.
or I won't leave you alone, dirt-bag.
