CHAPTER 12

ALEXANDER POV

Laf and I ran to the 7 eleven. Our friends were waiting out front for us.

"Took you long enough!" Angelica yells as she sees us approaching.

"You say that like you've never been late!" I yell back.

"That was one time Hamilton!" She screams and we end the conversation.

We walked in and over to the slushie machines. I got a blue raspberry slushie - the best kind of slushie - and everyone got theres too. We walked over to the counter to pay but when we did I noticed someone familiar.

This guy had short red hair, and he was reading something. Next to him was another kid about our age talking to him. He seemed to be trying to get him to stop reading. That's when the guy not reading the book noticed us. He pointed at us and started talking again.

The kid with the book looked over and immediately I knew who he was. Hes the guy from the hurricane.

He smiled, clearly knowing who I was as well. He closed his book and the two of them walked over.

"Samuel Seabury," the kid from the hurricane said, holding out his hand, however something about him was off.

"Alexander Hamilton," I responded shaking his hand.

When we let go there was a piece of paper in my hand and in big letters it said Don't let them see this but are you the kid from the hurricane? If you are please don't tell them. He doesn't know and I'd like to keep it that way...

I slowly looked up and his worried expression and nodded. Everyone introduced themselves and we found out the other kids name is George King. Not the nicest guy but he seemed okay.

After everyone bought their slushies we started walking to the park. The park had a nice little hideout that we all liked to hang out in. After we got there we were quiet it for a while until a conversation started up.

"What is your life at home like?" Samuel ask. [I know its random but I couldn't think of anything else]

Laf and I look at eachother. What does he mean by that?

"Its like any other caring family. Nothing out of the ordinary," Laf responds trying not to get them suspicious.

We were quiet for a little longer after the conversation. I guess we really didn't plan this out. We did find out a few this though. For one, Samuel and George are dating. That didn't really surprise me with how close they were at 7 eleven but everyone else was super surprised.

Another thing also happened. John asked me out.

I'm sorry for another short chapter and the cliffhanger but it's one of those chapters where you don't really know what you're doing with it so its kind of boring and you end it early. Also l, Samuel and George have been introduced!! I didn't want to make them enemies though because that spot is reserved for the wild Jefferson. Also I might get to catch up on my writing because school was canceled for an extra week due to the coronavirus. Anyway hope you enjoyed this chapter. Au revior!!
