"I'll pass." I scrunch my face up and pass the blunt to Tina as I read the comments on my recent Instagram posts. I can never post something without her fans bothering me about our "relationship" or if we're still friends.
"Think about it. She's really cute." She says wiggling her eyebrows. She takes a long drag and I recline my seat. "I know the breakup wasn't long ago but it's just a thought. For whenever you're ready." She blows the smoke out and passes it back to me.
"Thank you." I take a drag and let the smoke fill my lungs before blowing it out.
"For what?"
"For not trying to convince me." She shrugs and takes a drag. She ashes out the window and blows the smoke out of her nose.
"I can't convince you to do anything you don't want to do."
"Where do you want to eat?" I ask taking the blunt from her and taking a quick puff. I pass it back to her and shrugs, putting the roach in the soda bottle in the cup holder.
"I'm kinda in the mood for sushi."
"You always want sushi T." I fix my seat and put my seat belt on.
"Birthday girl gets what she wants." She jokes sticking her tongue out at me.
"Let's get Maddy first. She should be off by now." My sister recently got a job at this boutique and it's made her really happy. She started last week and won't shut up about these shoes she wants.
"Isn't Yuko Kitchen right by her job?" She asks and I nod starting the car and backing out of the parking spot.
"You want to go there?" I roll my window down some and pull up to the stop sign. Luckily for us, the parking lot we smoked at is about 5 minutes away from the boutique.
