Ali immediately jumped off Draco's lap and fell onto the couch next to him, looking at her brother with wide eyes. He, Ron, and Hermione were standing just inside the doorway staring at the two as if they had just been caught murdering someone.
Harry was suddenly just a couple feet in front of them with his wand pointed straight at Draco's head who was also on his feet, holding Alison's wand up in front of him.
"Give me one good reason not to kill you right now." Harry growled, glaring daggers at the ex Death Eater.
"I didn't kill him, Potter!" Draco snapped while returning the glare, knowing half the reason Harry wanted to murder him right there.
"You were going to!" Harry yelled, his grip on his wand tightening.
Alison stepped right between both wands, looking back and forth between both boys. "Both of you stop it! Harry, Draco wasn't going to kill him and you know it, you even said so yourself! And Draco, give me back my wand!" She snapped and yanked both wands from the boys, stepping back so they couldn't try to grab them back.
"He's still a Death Eater, Alison!" Harry stepped towards her. "Give me back my wand!"
Alison stepped away from him and held the wands behind her back, shaking her head. "No he's not Harry! He's on our side now!"
"You said that last year!" Harry pointed out, following Alison as she walked backwards around the room, trying to get away from him. "And he nearly killed Katie, Ron and Dumbledore! He nearly got everyone killed too by letting Death Eaters into the school!"
"This time it's completely different this time!" She yelled back, nearly tripping over the coffee table. She glanced over at Ron and Hermione hoping they might take her side but Ron had his wand pointed at Draco and Hermione looked conflicted. "They were going to kill him so Snape-"
"Snape sent him here?" Ron's eyes widened and he stepped closer to the Slytherin boy, his wand still pointed at his head. "Ali, don't you see what's going on? Snape sent Draco here to kidnap you! To bring you back to You-Know-Who!"
"I would never!" Draco shouted, glaring murderously at the Weasley.
"Boys!" All four heads snapped towards Hermione who had her entire arm in her small handbag, digging around for something. "I know a way to settle this." She pulled a small, dark vial from her bag.
"You're not using Veritaserum on me." Draco snapped, glaring at the Muggle-Born witch.
"She is if you want to live to see another day." Harry glared at Malfoy, crossing his arms.
Draco looked over at Alison for backup but she just sighed and rubbed the side of her head. "If that's the only thing that'll make you guys calm down."
Draco's eyes flittered between the other three. "You're not forcing me to tell you anything!"
Ron stepped closer and pressed the tip of his wand to Draco's chest. "If you have nothing to hide then it shouldn't be a problem." He growled, his eyes narrowing. "What's the problem? Too afraid your precious girlfriend will finally know the truth about you?"
Draco glared back at the Gryffindor. "I'm not hiding anything from her." He hissed.
"Then if you don't mind?" Hermione gestured for Draco to sit in the armchair next to her, taking the top off the small potion's bottle.
Malfoy huffed and straightened out his clothes to show he still had some dignity left, then walked over and sat down on the armchair, opening his mouth to let Hermione pour a couple drops of the potion into his mouth.
