Yesterday was a very interesting day , I mean i met a new friend, got a Greek God for a boss and that boss I caught kissing up on some girl I don't know who , why would he want to kiss someone like that I thought maybe because she's skinny I really don't care, I'm literally out of it, here I am thinking why he chose her instead of me god I need to get a boyfriend.
Well the last one wasn't so great , he only wanted me just to get a place to stay , I'm so glad I never gave my body to him it would be so sad for your first time to be with such a loser , he was such a controlling freak wanted to know where I was and what time I was suppose to get home he actually took it to the next level , one night he came home really drunk and started to curse me out and then he slapped me on my right cheek and punched me right in my stomach.
When I manage to get up off the floor I saw that he was unbuckling his pants I knew what he was about to do then and there so I acted fast and kicked him right where the sun don't shine he stumbled backwards I took the opportunity to run to my neighbour's apartment where she called the police but by time the police was at my apartment he was long gone.
"Watch where your going" I was so in my head that I nearly hit someone out of my way I muttered a quick sorry and ran to the building, there I found Elizabeth doing her usually routine " please hold" I went over to her desk and said "Good morning lovely"
"Well good morning to you too miss beauty, so do you have any gossip for me" should I tell her about what I saw yesterday or not you know what I'm gonna tell her who cares if this gets around , I do but a little gossip won't hurt.
"Ummm, when we got back from lunch yesterday I wanted to check if boss man had no more work for me so I went to his office and knocked but I got no answer so I went in an_ _"
"You saw them didn't you" wait what Elizabeth knows about this and never told me about it. " You know about him and this girl" she did a quick nod and looked down for a minute then look back up.
"So tell me was it Mindy or scarlet" she even know the girl name. " I really don't know, I'm new here remember" I said with that she smiled , there was this strong fragrance in the air that made my nose burn. "Rose was that the girl you saw yesterday" I Did a quick turn and saw the same blonde hair girl from yesterday who was kissing up the boss. "Yes that's the same one" Elizabeth nodded , " Well that's scarlet Grayson one of Mr. Rodriguez whore or must I say puppet" wait what she just said one of that means boss man is actually a player well good to know I won't be one of those girls on his list of booty calls.
"I must be leaving now Elizabeth take care" I said , she hugged me over the table and I giggled she smiled at my childish behaviour and said a quick goodbye and back to her routine mean while I was on my way to boss man office , I knocked on the door and I saw that he was not alone but with scarlet and another man which was quite older, everyone attention was turned to me .
"What's she doing here again" this scarlet girl had the audacity to question my presence , I wonder why she's here anyway , I ignored her because I did not want to say anything inappropriate in front of my boss.
I walked closer to his desk passing scarlet without sparing her glance.
"Good morning sir"
"Good morning miss brown you might be wondering who this man his well he's my father and the other Mr. RODRIGUEZ"
"Sorry sir that I didn't know who you are but it's a pleasure meeting you"
He shooked my out reached hand and said " What a remarkable beauty so kept and tidy for a great day of work and so professional I saw how you ignored miss ummm ummm oh scarlet over there , I must say I like you already" with that I smiled and felt kinda bad for scarlet.
"Please she's anything but beautiful" I take it back I hate that bitch.
"I really speak to you scarlet after I'm finish telling the boss what's his tasks are for the day" I spinned around to face the boss and started to speak.
" 10:00 clock metting with Mr . Matthews after that you have a lunch date with Mrs. Parker, don't worry I picked out a beautiful restaurant which she will love since Italian his her favourite also your next meeting will be at 4 and that will be with your long lost friend from kindergarten Carl, I managed to get him on a flight but it won't be landing till 3 so by that time he will be settled in and ready to talk business that's all for the day , anything else sir"
"No that will be all , you may now leave" I nodded and started to walk to the door.
But not before grabbing scarlet by the arm and saying. "The next time you try to insult me like that again , it will be a problem stay in your lane and do what your good at m, waiting by the phone for the next booty call, see you later Ms. Grayson" Not only was she shocked but a little embarrassed that I did that in front of the boss and his father , after leaving the office I went to my own sat at my desk and said to myself.
"Now that's how you handle a bitch"
