"Z-zenitsu! Why are you still awake? Since you trained so hard you should be-"
"Y/N.. I'm... I'm sorry for yelling at you. I was just worried for you. I didn't.. I didn't want you to get hurt so I just- exploded on you. I'm sorry."
You two stared at each other for a little, before he turned around to leave. But you were quick, and ran towards him, hugging his back. "I forgive you..." You said, closing your eyes, "..thank you for worrying about me."
To him, it felt like Cupids Arrow pierced him in the heart. From the sudden hug and thank you both. In his ears, you sounded like an angel when you said "thank you".
When you noticed he didn't say anything, you looked at him and yelped, "Zenitsu? Are you okay?!" He was pale in the face, with blush on his cheeks. But you being the innocent girl you were thought it was a fever.
"O-oh no.. uhm.." You looked around and recognized the hallway, "Okay.. to my bed." You lifted him up and, somehow, was strong enough to carry him until you reached your bed.
Hamako was asleep, and her back was faced towards you two. As you set him down, you sighed and sat on the floor, worry filling you all over again.
You rested your head on your hand as you kept the other one of his. Hopefully that would reassure him when he awakens. You didn't know how long you sat there, but soon enough you fell asleep.
