You two stepped outside into the cool, late afternoon. There was a light warm breeze, which shook the leaves of the nearby trees. Sitting down on the porch, Hamako swung her legs back and forth while looking around. It was a it's been a while since you've felt so much at peace with someone.
The silence was broken when you heard a familiar voice, "Ahh! Y/N-san!"
You looked at the direction of the voice, Tanjiro jogging over whole smiling his regular, lovely smile. "You're here too? What happened?"
He decided to sit down, on the left of you. "I believe I was sent to the same mountain as you, Inosuke and Zenitsu. Oh, and also Hamako. This is Tanjiro. Tanjiro, this is Hamako."
"So you're a demon slayer, too, now? That's so cool! Now you can come along with us, you too Hamako." You and Hamako exchanged glances before grins spread across your faces.
"Sure, sounds like a good idea." Hamako openingly said for both of you girls.
Not too far away, there was echoing of footsteps. Instinctively, you ducked your head, Hamako also ducked to cover. It was a good idea to duck. Inosuke (or Boar Head) came tumbling towards you guys, landing on his feet, and started yelling incoherent words.
"You! Gonpachiro. Let's fight!" Inosuke tumbled over towards you three and finally noticed you and Hamako.
"N/N (Nickname by Inosuke)! Who's that next to you."
"Oh, this is Hamako."
"Tanako."
"Ha-ma-ko." You repeated.
"Tanako!"
You gave up, and turned to Hamako, "This is Inosuke. Or in other words, boar head."
Inosuke was about to start a fight before being dragged away by Tanjiro, and spitting out nonsense. "See you later Y/n-chan, Hamako!" Tanjiro waved as they walked away. You waved back before looking at Hamako.
"You have very lively friends." She giggled and interlocks her hands together. She smiles at you before standing up and gesturing to you too.
"They're a lot like you, obnoxious, nice, and fun." You joked, which caused her to laugh.
"Hey! I'm not obnoxious! I'm perfectly fine!"
"Says you who complained about getting hurt on the mission." You teased and stuck out your tongue before running off.
She chased after you while the two of you laughed enjoyably.
