The pair walked up the stairs towards the girls bedroom. She turned to Sirius with an eyebrow raised, "I swear Sirius, if you're trying to be funny right now I will feed you to the Nundo." Sirius chuckled but remained quiet and continued leading the girl into her room. "Close your eye." Silver looked at him sternly, "You want me to what!" Her eyes widened as she exclaimed to the boy, he chuckled back at her raising his eyebrow. The duo locked eyes and being their glares to one another. Silver was stubborn and suspicious but there was something about Sirius that made her feel weak. As stormy grey eyes met dark black ones butterflies erupted in Silver stomach. She blushed and looked down, damn it. Sirius grinned smugly as he covered her eyes with her hands. He gently guided her through her room and out into the balcony, finally he removed her hands from her eyes allowing her to admire his work. Her eyes became glossy as she gazed over the scene.
In the centre of the balcony there was a table delicately decorated with candles and flowers, scattered around the floor where red rose petals. In the corner of the balcony was various pillows sat up with a sheet over the top covered in mini fairy lights creating a den. Silver sighed as she walked towards the table, it had a black table cloth draped over it with plates and cutlery placed carefully in position. She turned to Sirius and pulled him into a tight hug, "You did all of this for me?" Sirius chuckled as the girl melted into his hug. "Of course Silver, I'd do anything for you." He lead the Veela to her chair and tucked her under the table. "Oh such a gentleman." She giggled as Sirius moved round the table and tucked himself in. He smirked at her before whistling, she assumed to signal a waiter.
From the balcony door, Penny the house elf carried two plates of food with Galleon balanced on her left ear. She placed the two plates in front of the pair and smiled brightly at Sirius. "Thank you, Penny." He smiled back as she disappeared back out the door. Sirius looked to the beautiful girl that sat before him, although she wore leggings and a thin top with her hair in a messy bun and no make up, she looked gorgeous and Sirius wouldn't change anything about her. He reached across the table and held her hand, he felt how cold she was and immediately removed the hoodie he was wearing handing it to her. She smiled widely at him accepting the hoodie and pulling it over her head. "You look good in it, you should keep it." Sirius smiled longingly at her, "Thank you so much Sirius, this is all so pretty." She squeezed his hand gently and began eating her food.
Once they had finished their meal, Sirius lead her into the pillow den and together they sat on the pillows. "The reason I set all this up is because I want to talk to you about something." Sirius looked in her deep black eyes, they glistened in the candle light captivating Sirius. She didn't need the Veela powers, she was beautiful all by herself. She nodded for Sirius to continue, he took a deep breath. "Silver Swan Snape, I was captivated by you since the first time I saw you wandering the train after my cousin tried to hex you. You're gorgeous, smart and kind, you have made all of the Marauders love you in the space of a term. Me in particular and that is why I want you to be more than just a friend. Princess, will you be my girlfriend?"
His eyes filled with hope as the grin on her face grew. Tears filled her eyes as she jumped to hug Sirius, "Oh my Merlin, of course I'll go out with you Siri." She tightened their hug resting her head on his chest and his in the crook of her neck. Silver pulled away looking into Sirius' eyes, "You, Mr.Black might be the most romantic boy I've ever met." Sirius fell back onto the pillows, he raised a hand to his forehead as if checking his temperature, he looked back to the girl hurt on his face, "Might?" Silver erupted into laughter and pulled him back into another hug.
Sirius and Silver talked for hours upon hours about everything and anything. She was cuddling into his side as she told him stories of where she and Newt had gotten each of their creatures and how they grew up. Sirius explained each of the star constellations in detail and then pointed out the very one he was named after. His eyes drifted down to Silver's who was looking up at him with loving eyes. He grinned placing his forehead on hers, "Princess, have I told you how breathtaking you are?" She smiled and closed her eyes, "Around five times since we've been up here." Sirius smirked, he could feel her warm breath on his neck. "Good because you truly are."
