The following day, Silver was able to leave the hospital wing on the condition that someone was with her at all times in case of an emergency. They were currently sitting in the Gryffindor common room, Ivy and Remus were helping Peter and Tyler with their charms homework. Lily and James were discussing the latest knews, that next year they would be Headboy and Headgirl. Silver was sound asleep on Hunters chest, she'd barely stayed awake an hour after leaving the hospital wing before drifting off to sleep on Hunter.
Sirius walked into the common room through the portrait hole and wandered over to the group. "I want to speak to Silver." He demanded, James and Remus stood up from the floor in front of the sleeping girl and blocked her off from him. "She's sleeping right now and even if she was awake, she wouldn't want to speak to you." James spat, staring Sirius straight in the eye. "Go run off with your girlfriend because she's clearly much more interesting than protecting Silver." Remus said, his voice cold and stern. Ivy placed a hand on Remus' arm to calm him down slightly, allowing him to take a deep breath.
"Come on, I didn't do it on purpose." Sirius whined as he tried to get past the boys. "Black, she doesn't want to talk to you!" Lily snapped now standing up and joining the other. Peter scooted closer to the sofa, trying to stay away from the argument. Hunter was brushing patterns and shapes on Silvers arm to keep her relaxed and asleep. "I just want to speak to her! Why are you being such morons?" Sirius argued, Hunters was growing agrier the more Sirius argued. "Sirius, just leave it. She's asleep now, when she wakes up we'll tell her you were looking for her and she can choose whether to go and find you." Sirius opened his mouth to argue back when Tillie and her new friends came into the common room.
"There you are Siri, I've been looking for you everywhere. Why are you with them? We're so much more fun." Her squeaky voice filled the common room making all those around her feel uncomfortable. She grabbed his arm and dragged him out of the portrait hole. The Marauders sat back down and resumed what they were doing. Not long after that, Silver began stirring and awoke. "Good morning Love." She smiled back and yawned stretching, she winced in pain and grabbed her side. "Be careful, Madame Pomfrey said that because of your thicker blood. She couldn't fully heal your ribs, so you've got to be careful." Silver groaned and rested her head back on Hunters chest.
"You know being a Veela is becoming rather annoying." She mumbled into his chest, the others broke out into laughter around her. "If you're feeling up to it, we could go down to Hogsmeade later?" Hunter suggested, Silver whipped her head up and smiled, "Is that the date I owe you?" She giggled, Hunter smirked and raised an eyebrow. "Did you want it to be?" Silver rolled her eyes and lead back down, Ivy and Remus stood up and wandered in the direction of the stairs. "We're going to get ready and do down to Hogsmeade, how about we meet at the Three Broomsticks around four?" Ivy suggested, the others agreed and began packing away their notes.
James, Peter and Lily went to get ready for Hogsmeade leaving Tyler, Hunter and Silver in the nearly empty common room. "I'll be right back." Silver said as she carefully stood and walked in the direction of the portrait hole. Hunter and Tyler jumped up, "Not on your own you're not." Tyler called making the girl stop in her tracks. Silver rolled her eyes and turned around, "I'm not on my own, see." She smirked pulling out Galleon who was sleeping in her jumper pocket. The twins' eyes opened wide as they looked at the Bowtruckle. "Where did you get him?" Tyler said excitedly as he jumped up to get a better look at Galleon. Silver gently place him on Tyler's hand, "Well, I've had him for a while now. He's been staying with Hagrid but he came up to the hospital wing last night, Hunter was sleeping." Galleon crawl up Tylers arms and wound his way into his dirty blonde hair. "I like him." Silver heard Galleon mutter, she placed her fingers on her amulet and grinned.
Silver took back Galleon and placed him on her shoulder, "See, I'm not alone and if I'm in trouble Galleon will come and get you, okay?" The boys reluctantly agreed and allowed the girl to leave the common room. "If she gets hurt I'm gonna kill her." Tyler muttered as he sat beside Hunter on the sofa. Hunter smirked and looked up to him, "She'll be fine, she's stronger than both of us." Tyler chuckled and kicked his feet up onto Hunters legs. "That Bowtruckle could be the best thing I've ever seen." Tyler said, still fascinated upon seeing Galleon. Hunter rolled his eyes and grinned, "She stays with Newt Scamander a lot you know." Tyler's eyes opened wide and his mouth dropped open.
