Clarke POV (3 Months Ago)

I walk all day till I find myself on familiar land. Home. I walk two days to get to the village. One large building with tents and makeshift homes surrounding it. I stumble in, walking past warriors. Many stop to look at me. I haven't been here in years. I left after Roan was banished.

I walk up to the main building to see Nia and Ontari waiting for me. I stop before them, falling on my knees.

"Wanheda." Nia says, her face blank. "Why don yu returned?"

"I have no where else to go." I say looking down. Ashamed that I had to crawl back.

"How the mighty don fallen." Her hand lifts my chin up so I look at her. "Our Wanheda is home." She smiles. She looks behind her and soon two woman come in, helping me up.

I am brought inside, given my old room. They bring hot water and food. I wash myself and eat. Once I am redressed I go outside looking at the village. Everything is the same but different. I sit against the building, sharping my sword, keeping an eye on the warriors. Some stare at me, some go about their duties.

Echo comes and sits down beside me. I stare at her before going back to sharpening my sword.

"You've been gone a long time." She says.

"You were in mount weather." I say setting my sword down.

"I met your friend." I stare at her confused. "Bellamy. He's the one who freed me." I nod, understanding. " I am sorry that Lexa deserted you."

"I know why she did it but..."

"Never thought she would."

"I trusted her." Is all I say. I get up grabbing my sword. I walk back inside to my room. I throw my stuff down in the corner, trying to breathe.

I look around the room to see it has not changed. My sketches still lie on the table in the corner. I walk to the table, picking up one of my pictures. It is of my father. I never thought I would look upon these pictures again. I bring my other hand up, tracing the draw line.

My father use to rip pages from books so I could draw on. Some I would write. It has been years since I wrote anything. I sit down at the desk, pushing some of the papers to the side. I pick up the charcoal and get to work. I sit there all night, drawing. Concentrated on his face. Light comes in through my window. I look through the small curtains hanging above it. Furs my mother made to keep the light out.

Everything is the same. Everything my parents gave me but it is not the same. My mother is living with the sky people, my father is dead. Even my grandfather is dead. If he was here... No I shake my head. He would not like the sky people or Lexa. It is good that he is gone.

Days past into weeks. I train, draw, hunt. I go about my day, trying to forget them. The people I met, the friends I made. After two months of being back Nia comes to me as I shoot arrows into a tree, practicing.

"You have always had a good eye." I look at her before letting another arrow go, hitting the tree in the centre.

"I learned from the best." I say referring to my father.

"You did." She says as I walk to the tree, grabbing my arrows. I pull them out before looking at her. I see warriors standing a little ways behind her. She's scared of me. She knows I could kill her. Maybe I should even if I die.

"There has been whispers about you."

"Whispers?" I lift my eyebrow as I put the arrows away.

"Some believe that you have power because you killed everyone in mount weather. Well everyone except..." I watch as the warriors split. He walks through them stopping beside Nia.

"Emerson." I growl.

"Hello Clarke." He smiles wickedly.

"Emerson told me what you did to him. That you killed his family, his friends. He is willing to let that go if you help him get revenge on skaikru." Nia says looking at him and then me.

"How can I trust you?" I look at him.

"You can't." He walks towards me. "But I am willing to sacrifice myself to get revenge. Your queen see's what I offer as a way to stop and end Lexa once and for all." I stare at him seeing what she wants. She wants to kill Lexa and take over the twelve clans.

I close my eyes, turning to face the trees. I take out an arrow, putting it in the bow. Keeping my eyes close, I listen. I hear the wind blow through the leaves, animals scurry along the forest floor. Footsteps about 100 meters. I turn a little before releasing the arrow. Opening my eyes I see my kill. A deer lies dead on the ground with my arrow in its side.

"I see Wanheda has returned." I turn looking at her. My eyes feel cold. I am no longer Clarke. I am Wanheda.

Present Time

I ride through the forest, shocked that I saw him. What was he doing here? I ride into Trikru territory, going to the meeting point Echo sent to me. I am half way there when an arrow hits my horse. I fall into the river I am beside. I start to stand up when a sword goes to my neck.

"Do not make a move." I put my hands up, turning to see Roan staring down at me.
