Midnight arrived and my thoughts won't let me sleep at all. Leah is in her room while the other two are in the living room. I decided to go out and drink a glass of water. When I went out, both Tristan and Eli's attention went to me.

"Are you okay?" Tristan immediately asked. "Mhm." I said and went towards the fridge.

"Why are you still up?" I heard Eli ask as I open the fridge. "I can't sleep, I'll get water."

After drinking my water, I stood there, letting the sink be something I could have my back to lean on as I do so. Sleep won't visit me in this time so I have no use of going back to the bedroom.

"What do you have in mind?" Tristan walked towards me and I can tell that he wants me to answer that question honestly, which I will.

"I can't stop thinking about things that are bound to happen." I covered my eyes using my hands when I felt tears fall down. Tristan moved his arms up and took my hands away from my face, gently wiping my tears away.

"We'll be here for you no matter what, Viv." He reassured me with a smile.

Leah was up too. I saw her and Eli slowly walk their way towards me to give me a hug, a warm and comforting type of hug.

"Just what if something happens?." I asked them, tears still rolling down my cheeks.

"We'll be here to comfort you until you feel fine, Viv." Leah smiled at me along with the other two beside her.

"We should tell her." My attention was then fixed on Eli after he said that. Tell me what?

"Viv, si-" the ringtone of my phone cut him off. I put it on loud speaker to make it easier for me.

"Anak? Vivianne?" It was Mom's voice and I can sense that something isn't right.

"Po?"

"Anak, yung kapatid mo." I heard Mom's voice broke.

Panic.

"We rushed him to the hospital because he couldn't breathe well kanina, the doctors said he's in a critical condition now." She said, already trying to hold her tears in.

"I'm going there now, where are you?" I rushed to the room and immediately fixed myself when Mom told me the address to the hospital.

Surprisingly, Leah, Eli and Tristan were all ready to go with me. Eli volunteered to drive since he knows I can't drive well. Tears were now unconciously and continuously falling down from my eyes and I didn't bother to even wipe a single one.

We arrived at the hospital, Leah asked the nurses where Yuki's room was. I ran towards the said room, running never felt so heavy and unbearable in my entire life.

When we arrived at the hospital room, all I could hear was something that I wish I never even get to hear in my entire existence.

"Clear!" I heard one of the doctors said. I lowered my head, silently praying to all the saints to please let him live, even just for a short while.

Please.

"Time of death 1:37 a.m  I'm sorry for your lost."

No.

Yuki.

"Yuki," I slowly made my way towards the hospital bed, kneeling down and caressing his face. "Yuki, please wake up. Ate Scarlet is here. Please, Yuki."

I tried shaking his body regardless of the thought that there's no more chance of waking him up, "please, Yuki. Ate Scarlet loves you so much. Wake up." Words of such were the words I kept on voicing out, but hearing nothing in return.
