The next day was Yuki's funeral, it was a very emotional day for me and the others. I looked at Yuki's coffin for one last time and told myself, "Guide me always my Guardian Angel. I love you always." The times we spent together will always be cherished by me.
The funeral went by fast. Tristan, Eli and Leah was beside me the whole time. Leah cried too, I guess she enjoyed my brother's company too. Sayang lang na hindi sila nagsama ng mas matagal pa same goes with Tan and Eli.
Mom and Dad were crying hanggang sa umuwi kami. I decided to go to Yuki's room, ang tagal ko na din hindi nakapasok sa kwarto niya. The last time I came here was before I leave the house to find work with Leah.
Sa ambiance palang ng kwarto, masasabi mo agad na kay Yuki yung kwarto na ito. I roamed around his room and saw lots of pictures. There were pictures of us together, our family and even Leah has a picture here but it was taken years ago. But one picture got my attention, it was a picture of a girl beside Yuki. They were laughing while looking at each other. Hinawakan ko yung picture frame and a paper fell. Pinulot ko iyon at nakita na may nakasulat doon. It says in the paper na,
Dear Yuki,
You'll be reading this letter and I'm gone already. I'm sorry if I didn't say goodbye to you properly. Sana masaya ka while you read this letter. I couldn't live much longer dahil pagod na ako sa pakikitungo ng mga magulang ko saakin. You know that you were the only person I talk to. Dahil sayo, naging masaya ako. Yuki about what you and Jake talked about yesterday, I heard everything. You said you liked me and was going to confess your feelings. I was so happy to hear that from you kasi I feel the same way. Yuki, aside from how my parents treat me, I also have cancer. Hindi na maaagapan yung sakit ko, Yuki. Sorry kung hindi ko sinabi sayo. You're the person who likes to be positive always kaya hindi na ako nagsabi sayo dahil ayaw ko na mag-alala ka. Thanks for everything, Yuki. Be happy always, My favorite person. I'll miss you.

Reading that was painful, Yuki did had a crush. Nagsisisi na ako na tinanong ko siya nung kailan kung may nagugustuhan ba siya, I guess that's why he smiled bitterly after huh. Hopefully, they're together now. Hindi ko manlang nakilala itong si Sophia. From reading this letter, I guess she didn't enjoy being raised by her parents. They might look good together just by imagining it. I miss Yuki so much.
Days passed and I went back to work. Papunta ako sa table ko and surprisngly, every person in the office greeted me.
"Vivianne! Kumusta? Tagal natin hindi nagkita, I hope you're doing okay now." said Riley.
"I'm fine. Ikaw kumusta?" I said and smiled.
"Okay naman ako." He said then smiled back.
"Vivianne! Good morning! Its nice to see you back." sabay na sabi ni Irish at Angela.
"Its good to see you both too!" I said with a smile.
"Hi!" Shane and Eme said.
"Hello!" I replied.
"How are you?" they asked.
"I'm good, thanks for asking." I said with a smile.
"Vivianne! Sana okay ka na!"
I just nodded as a response.
"Good morning." Kacy said.
Nagulat ako pero nag good morning nalang din sakanya.
Its feels amazing to be back again, lalo na at makikita ko ulit mga kasama ko sa trabaho. I missed them.
Leah was there too, she hugged me. I guess she missed me that much.
"Namiss kita, Viv!" she said.
"I missed you too, Le." I said.
"Let's work?" I added.
She smiled and nodded.
Dahil matagal akong nawala, marami akong gawain. Its fine though, yun nga lang I think I need to do overtime again.
Sa kalagitnaan ng trabaho ay may narinig akong naglalakad sa likuran ko. Lumingon ako para tingnan iyon and I was shocked to see Tristan. He walked passed me pero he said, "Its good to see back, Viv. I missed you."
I smiled at that and nagpatuloy na ako sa trabaho. He really knows how to make a person's face red.
It was lunch break already pero hindi padin ako nakakalahati sa mga gawain ko. Leah asked me if I want her to bring me food pero I declined her offer dahil nakakahiya naman but she insisted. Now, I'm eating while doing work, sa totoo lang hindi ako makakain ng maayos while working so I decided to stop eating instead.
Its pass 6 already, hindi padin ako tapos sa trabaho. Leah said she'll wait for me to finish. Naaawa ako sakanya dahil alam ko na matagal pa kami makakauwi dahil saakin.
"Le, mauna ka na kaya." I said.
"No, I'll wait for you." she said.
"Sige, if you insist. Bibilisan ko nalang para makauwi na tayo." I said and started working as fast as I could.
"You know that you could take your time, right?" asked Leah.
"Yup pero I don't want you to wait any longer." I said.
After an hour, I finished already. I looked at Leah to atleast tell her I'm done pero nakatulog na siya, pagod na siguro toh. Ginising ko siya so that we could go home.
"Let's go?" I asked.
"Mhm..." she said sleepy.
"I'm sorry to keep you waiting, Le." I said halatang nakokonsensya.
"It's fine, Viv."
We arrived at our condo and saw Eli and Tristan sitting at the door step. Halata sa mga mata nila na pagod na sila kakaantay. Nakokonsensya na ako, sobra!
"Why are two here?" Asked Leah.
"We were supposed to surprise you both, pero kami yung nasurprise sa tagal namin nag-antay dito." Eli said.
"We brought food too." Tristan said.
"I'm sorry." yun lamang ang nasabi ko dahil naiyak agad ako sa sobrang konsensya na nararamdaman ko ngayon.
"No, don't cry. We're fine." Si Tristan.
Pumasok na kami sa unit namin and I was starving. Its a good thing Eli and Tristan brought food. I started eating the food.
"Did you even eat lunch, Viv?" Asked Tristan.
"Yup. Pero hindi ako nakakain sa dami ng kinailangan kong gawin." I said and continued eating.
"You should've ate first instead of working." Si Leah.
After eating, nagbihis muna ako then the four of us decided to talk.
"Kamusta ka naman?" Eli asked.
"I'm fine now, I just miss Yuki." I said.
Pagkatapos ko iyon sabihin ay natandaan ko na may sulat nga pala para kay Yuki na galing kay Sophia. Nilabas ko iyon dahil nailagay ko pala sa bag ko iyon.
"Whats that?" Tristan asked.
"Read it." I said.
Binasa nilang tatlo and they were at awe after reading it.
"Basically, its a love or a farewell letter for Yuki." Tan said and handed it back to me.
"This Sophia girl is kinda sweet, don't you think?" Leah said then smiled.
"I think so too." I said.
"That girl is pretty." I added.
"How can you tell?" Tristan said.
"I saw her picture at Yuki's room."
Our talks went on and on. We didn't even realize the time.
"Its almost 12." I said.
"I guess we should go home." Eli said.
Tristan nodded.
"Thank you for tonight!" I said and smiled.
"Always welcome." Tristan said.
After that they went home. Leah and I decided to sleep too. We're tired, I guess.
A lot of things happened these past few weeks. I hope everything goes fine starting tomorrow. All I can say is, I'm lucky to have such trustworthy people in my life. People who doesn't leave me the moment I need help.
