Chapter 9: Field Trip!!

Percy's Perspective
     "We have just gotten word on the death of the Country-Class Hunter, Jayce."

     "Ma'am. Can you give us any information on The Lone Hunter's death?"
     "I kept hearing screams from the r-roof. And he c-came. All I saw... was him die. I-it happened so quick!" She began sobbing uncontrollably.
     Jacky turned the tv off and noticed I was nervous. He grabbed me from behind the couch and kissed me on the forehead.
     "You shouldn't watch this stuff if it'll make you this way. I don't want you getting stressed."
     "I have to. I have to kill them all." I chanted under my breath.
     Jackson seemed worried. "W-what?"
     "I have to kill them all!" I pushed him away and ran to... his room. I locked it and sobbed quietly. I'll kill them all.

Jackson's Perspective
     Last night I had to sleep on the couch. I'm really worried. We're supposed to have our field trip to a higher level of the Demon Realm.
     Demons live on a different continent. It has been speculated that it is a part of a different dimension... but I don't care about that. I hope he comes and is feeling better.

     All of the High-Tiers of the school were gathered into a bus. And were put into teams. Team A was escorted by a mystery person and had Me, Percy, Lightning, Cindy, and my friend named Tyler.

     He is a tiger/polar bear hybrid.
     Team B was escorted by Intercontinental-Class, KeShawn, The Stress Hunter.

     He led Nox, Brittany, Caleb, and two others: Sam and Tyrone.

     And finally was Team C. Was with people I didn't know. They had the Intercontinental-Class, Noah, The Pressure Hunter.

     Noah had a gruff, but playful voice. It really makes you want to listen. "Okay guys. Just so you know, the area you are going to will be more dangerous than the usual runs. Make sure you be careful. Us escorts will do as little as possible."
     A girl asked a question, "Why are there two Intercontinental-Classes of your stature here and one group doesn't have an escort?"
     KeShawn decided to open one of his eyes and looked at her. She shivered and he closed it.
     "Don't mind him. He's nice, he just doesn't know how to socialize!" He was laughing by the end of it.
     "H-hey!! I know how to talk!"
     "Then answer her question without scaring her!"
     The Stress Hunter just sat down and turned away in not-well hidden embarrassment. "Well, you have heard what happened to The Lone Hunter right? We are here just in case." He gave a smile that almost made me fall for him. ALMOST!!
     He and my brother dated, but something happened and Noah never came to our house since.
     I grabbed Percy affectionately, he was noticeably confused, but continued to play on his phone.

     When we got out, each team went to a different panel. Our team was told to eliminate any demons we can, our escort would be watching from afar.
     "So now that we're here, Percy and Tyler should get to know each other!"
     Percy seemed a little better as he let out an enthusiastic 'sure!'.
     "It is very nice to meet you Percy-Kun!" He gave a deep bow.
     Oh brother. He still does it.
     Percy's flustered face was so cute!~ "Aawww! You're so adorable!~" Me nuzzling him made him squirm, but he couldn't escape.
     "OH, NO!!!" Tyler yelled louder than Lightning. "I forgot you were dating my master!! Please for give me Percy-Sama!!" He was then bashing his head into a nearby tree. The blood from his head dripping onto the thick grass.
     Percy was staring in horror as I had to force him to stop hurting himself. "Oh my god! Are you okay!?"
     Through his finger he drew two symbols in the air. I took Magic Theory and knew what they said. Heal and clean?
     They flew into his body and after a sort glow, there was no blood on his head or face and the bleeding didn't continue. "I'm fine Percy-Sama!!" His body was straight as a pole as he saluted. "I'm a Non-Elemental and my Cypher allows me to cause things I draw in Magic Runes!!"
     "Cool!!" Non-Elementals are rare and can't use Elemental Magic. They are typically great with affecting their own bodies more so than their environment. "I'm a-"
     "Percy-Sama doesn't need to continue!! Jackson-Senpai told me all about you!!" He said all this with a straight face and saluted. Never once did he look me in the eyes.
     I swiveled towards Jack in vexing thoughts and just shrugs and got up. He clashed the heels of his heavy boots together. It made everyone snap to attention.
     "Okay Private!!" I didn't think it was possible, but I think Tyler was even straighter than before. His aura was strong and smooth now too. Jack got really close to him before speaking loudly. "Private!! You must...!! Be more natural." His stern face mellowed out.
     We all became alerted to a multitude of demonic presences.
