It was early the morning if the very first day of 2016.
After a sleepless night Maya decided to get ready and immediately went out of the house trying to catch some air.
She pulled a jacket over her arms as she knew it was just going to get worse as her situation was definitely not ideaal.
She exhales as she sits down on a bench outside of the house looking into the sky.
"What am I going to do, Dad? This is a mess," Maya said as she tried to stop her tears from going down her face.
In the meantime Josh had seen her but had kept his distance since he heard her talking to her father which was now dead for a few years.
"What if this really isn't just me? What if I really am falling in love? Gosh, in love with my best friend's uncle," Maya said as she buried her face in her hand palms.
"Daddy, please help me. I can't do this alone. I can't," Maya said allowing her emotions to truly get the better hand.
Josh exhaled from where he stood knowing he had to go to her but also knowing that he didn't know what to tell her.
Not this time.
