It was Monday and now Maya had to face a lot of her other high school friends who she should have told long ago as well.
She and Riley met up with Lucas, Smarkle and Zay and of course were they happy that Maya was okay.

"So where did you disappear to on your birthday?" Lucas asked.
"My father's grave. I just felt like I had to see him," Maya said.
"How long now?" Farkle asked.
"Almost twelve years. He... He died when I was three years old," Maya said.
"We're so sorry. I hope you are going to be okay. But we're here for you," Zay said.
"All the way until you don't want to see us anymore. Just shout if you are burning out," Smackle said and Maya smiled.
