It was early one Monday morning in Greenwich Village, New York City.
The cold November wind is blowing everything around and in a apartment is the best place to be.
The twenty-two year old Katy Hart is busy feeding her daughter some porridge while her husband is busy with a report for the new job.
Katy smiles as she sees the three year old is done eating.
She wipes her off and Kermit looks at her.
"You know I can barely believe she is turning four in two months," Katy said.
"Yeah neither can I. I can't believe we have a almost four year old. The girl is so precious. Hey Maya?" Kermit said looking at the beautiful toddler.
She had her mother's hair and eyes but she definitely otherwise looked like her father.
The girl's very first word was Dadda and without any doubt was Kermit crazy about his daughter.
Maya looks around before laughing.
Kermit smiles as he touches her hand lightly.
He looks at the watch and suddenly realizes what the time is.
"Gosh I have to get going Katy. I have an appointment in ten minutes and I don't know how the traffic is going to be like. Will you be okay?" Kermit asked.
"Kermit I know how to take care of my own daughter. Go. We'll be fine. Hey Baby Girl? Tell Daddy we're gonna have a blast," Katy said as she picked Maya up.
"Okay. I love you girls," Kermit said.
"And we love you."
