It been about 3 months since Jalen asked me to be his girlfriend. I've honestly had so much fun with him. Eric and I aren't friends anymore. Basically, long story short, Jalen posted a picture of us basically telling people that we were dating and instantly Eric called me. This is how the conversation went

*Flashback*

Eric: What the fuck, you and Jalen are together?

Me: Yes

Eric: Even after I told you about what I thought about us?

Me: You don't want me for me. You only want me because you see another nigga that want me. You haven't even checked up on me.

Eric: The phone works both ways J

Me: Yeah, I get that, and I've tired. You never replied or answer.

Eric: Well I hope you and Jalen are happy together. Maybe I can take you the same way I took Madysen.

Me: You lied? 

Eric: Yeah, I wanted you to think he was a bad person. I wanted you and I knew you wanted him.

Me: Goodbye Eric. You really lost me.

*Flashback over*

He's tried talking to me at school. But I just ignore him. It sucks that you're own best friend can't even be honest with you. But I've been over that. Jalen and I are good, so that's all that matters to me.

It was Tuesday and there's basketball tryouts today. I was ready to get back on the court. This school they do it differently I heard. For the games instead of all the girls going or stay for the game, I guess they break it up varsity, Jv and Freshman. Hopefully I make Varsity. It was after school and I was waiting for Jalen by his car. Tryouts weren't until later for people who wanted to try out for varsity.

"Hey baby" Jalen said giving me a kiss and opening my door for me

"Hey bubba. Where we gonna eat at? I'm starving" I said as I got in

"We have to get something light babe. I can't have you throwing up during tryouts. Plus, your coach be making you guys work." He said as he put his seat belt on and put his hand on my thigh

"Uhm I guess we can go to subway" I said as I connected the aux

"Josh and Dior are coming too" As soon as he said that they got in the car

"Babe" I said giving him the eye

"I'm sorry babes" He whispered as he kissed my hand

"So, I don't care what you say, shorty wanna eat at subway so we going there" he said as he started to pull out

"Come on mad, lets go get a pizza and wings" Josh said

"No bro, she gotta eat light" Jalen said

"Why she pregnant" Dior said

"No, I am not dumbass" I said as I turned to hit him

"But because you know how their coach be making them run for no reason. I don't want my little baby throwing up" he said as he smiled at me

We got to Subway and I got my chicken teriyaki added my vegetables and I started eating. Jalen and I made a deal that we'll take turns on who pays because he ALWAYS wants to pay but I like to pay for my stuff. I don't mind paying for his, so we just decided to take turns.
