"Goodbye Ms. Kim, take care" my secretary says as she bow down a bit.

"You can go home now as well" I said as I walk towards the elevator and check the time and it's almost 11 in the evening. I stayed to do bunch of works today since I took some day off after Lisa got beaten up. Honestly, it's not that bad it's just that I'm worried about Lisa whether it's a small scratch or bruises all over her body. I stayed with her for a couple of days to cook her food and help her move and all that. She's also back to work today and even though Niki told her to take it slow Lisa is such a stubborn woman and she works hard that's why she texted me that she'll stay at her office till late night just so I'm aware.
When the elevator door open up I immediately saw Mr. Kang waiting right beside the car as he open up the door for me
"Mr. Kang have you had your dinner?" I ask
"not yet"
"let's go for a drive thru and get some dinner for Lisa as well"
"aren't we driving home?"
"nope, let's go straight to Lisa's office she said she's the only person left on their department" Mr Kang nodded and close the door after me
Mr Kang pushed the elevator button on the 16th floor where Lisa's department is. Once the elevator door open we both step out and saw that the lights are off except the one on Lisa's office. I open the door on Lisa's office since Mr Kang's holding our foods and drinks.
"oh, I thought you'll go home what are you doing here?" she said as I look at her face that is already healing. She just got a bruise on her cheek cause of the punch she got the last time. She also has a bandage on the side of her forehead cause of the scratch but everything's fading out already thankfuly
"Ya Lalisa is that how you welcome a CEO?" I said
"nope, that's how I welcome Jennie Kim" she said smiling. She didnt even stand up from her seat to greet me "Hi Mr Kang" she said
"you should be resting at this hour" Mr Kang said since he's really a father figure towards Lisa. I stick my tongue out to Lisa teasing her that she got scolded
"I'm all good now Mr Kang no need to worry" she said and look back to her laptop. She doesn't seem to have a plan on standing up so I walk towards her table to lean down on her level which makes her head turn
"you're always taking advantage of me Jennie Kim" she said which makes me roll my eyes. She chuckle and lean in to give me a peck
"I can take advantage of someone else if you want" I said walking towards Mr Kang to grab Lisa's food
" or you can bring that food to me" she said smiling at me. I gave her a straight face and put down her food on her desk as I grab mine from Mr. Kang
"I'll go bring my food with me outside" Mr Kang says
"you can eat here tho" Lisa insisted
"I'm friends with the guard right outside your department so I'll chat with him while we're here " he said making Lisa nod.
"Ya Jennie Kim sit on the chair" she said since i'm eating dinner while sitting on her desk
"I'm not making a mess" I said and keep on eating
"don't sit on my table there are pictures next to you" she said making me look at the stacks of pictures beside me that looks like it's newly developed. I jump out of her table and go around her table and sit on her lap "Jennie Kim you're extra clingy these past few days" she said while looking at her laptop
"people said those who's cheating gets clingy most of the time" I said which makes her look at me slowly with a serious face on while I just keep on eating my food like I couldn't care less
"Jennie Kim-" I burst out laughing seeing her reaction "seriously Jennie Kim, go eat somewhere else" she said
"I'm done eating"
"Then sit there" she said pointing at the empty chair right on the other side of her desk
"I dont want to"
"I need to finish this and you're not helping" she said
"I'll help then"
"you don't even edit pictures"
"who said so?" she look at me like she doesn't believe me "I took a photography class back then"
"how come I didnt know?"
"did you ask?"
"let me see first then I can let you help" she said "do you have your laptop with you?" I shake my head since I left it in my office
"I have the laptop you gave me on my bag"
"you dont use it?"
"I'm using this laptop mostly"
"Alright then, Ill help you" I said grabbing the laptop from her bag to start editing as well.
Lisa's POV
After an hour Jennie shut the laptop since she's all done and I'm left with one last photo
"I don't work for free Ms Manoban " she said putting the laptop on my bag
"What do you want? I'll buy it for you"
"Even a vintage chanel bag?"
"Let me rephrase that then... what do you want? I'll buy anything cheap for you" I said making her chuckle. She's about to respond when my office door open and Niki walks in
"Lisa- oh Jennie I didn't know you're here" she said smiling at Jennie
"I wasn't expecting you to come down at your employee's office as well"
"Well I'm just here to say that I'm gonna go ahead Lisa" she said making me nod
"Alright, take care " I said bowing down a bit while Jennie stood still like she's the one who owns this company. Niki wave at Jennie and I before walking out of the office. Since I'm already done I stood up to clean up everything so Jennie and I can leave as well
"Does she come down here every time to just say goodbye to you?"
"She mostly go home late and so do I so sometimes she offer me a ride back home" I said while grabbing my bag
"And she's like that with every employee?"
"Uh... not really" I said walking towards the lights to switch it off
"And you're alright with that?"
"I mean she's my boss.. it doesn't really mean anything " I said as we both step out of my office
"Lisa even though she's your boss she's still a human who can like you even if you're her employee" she said so I stop from walking and turn to look at her
"Do you not trust me?"
"I don't trust her" she replied
"You didnt answer my question"
"I do trust you but she can flirt with you if she wants to cause she has the upper hand "
"Jennie, I control my life and even if she flirt with me or any other people around.. at the end of the day I'll choose you "
