I take a couple days off of my work again to accompany Jennie in California. She's gonna meet a couple of investors here and she's gonna go alone and even though Mr Kang will go with her I still feel the need to be with Jennie. I'm trying to give her as much time as she need with herself as well but she was the one who insisted that I can come with her. Also because it is our 3rd year anniversary
I also work overtime while I'm in Korea which is about to spark another arguement with Jennie but I told her that I'm saving up for something. She kept asking me about it but I didn't tell her cause it's a gift.
We're currently in Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills which is also one of Jennie's favorite place and I found out why... cause it's fucking expensive here. It is basically a street of some designer boutiques. She told me she'll buy me anything I want but hell no.. I won't spend Jennie's money just cause I can.
"There's too many people today" she said while Mr Kang's walking beside us and two more guards are following us. "I hate people" she said making Mr Kang chuckle "that includes you Mr Kang since you laugh at me" she said making me chuckle as well
"Does that include me now cause I also laugh?"
"You're an exception.." I was about to be touch by what she said when she continues "cause you're half legs and half bangs "
"I dont want you to be my girlfriend anymore" I said jokingly making Jennie chuckle as she pull me towards a Gucci boutique. She walks around and one staff was about to follow her but when she saw that Jennie has bodyguards she immediately knew that they can just let her move around freely. This store is making me dizzy on how expensive everything is. I walk towards a shoe and flip its price tag..... I regret it, I swear.
"May i help you?" The lady who was about to follow Jennie ask but one of Jennie's guard step in to stand beside me "oh okay.. if you need some help please call me" she said flashing her smile to me
"Lisayah, let's leave this place" Jennie said as she saw the lady talking to me "this place isn't too clean" she said hooking her arms on me and pulling me out of the store. "Why do people needs to flirt with you everywhere "
"You flirt with me too" I said chuckling
"Won't you get mad that I get jealous?" She ask facing me once we get out of the store
"Not really, you look cute there anyway" I said making her smile as she pull me to a chanel boutique. I don't really mind if Jennie will get jealous of a person who is a complete stranger cause it is cute but like I said.. if I completely know the person like he/she is my friend or colleague then I'll disapprove.
"Can you guard Lisayah properly? Don't let strangers talk to her" Jennie said as she walk around again
I walk towards the staff on the corner but the guard immediately stop me
"I'm just gonna ask for something and.. don't tell Jennie about it" I said making him nod. I walk towards the lady and she immediately smile at me "uhh.. can I take a look at the different necklaces?" I ask politely
"Sure" she said leading the way. Jennie's currently busy so hopefully she won't caught me
"Can you please look out for Jennie and tell me if she's on her way here" I said making the guard nod. I look back at the lady and she's smiling
"Gift for your girlfriend?"
"Yeah, it's our 3rd year anniversary " she look at me like she's the one that I'm surprising
"That's so nice of you" I just nodded not knowing how to take that compliment. I look at the different types of pendants and I'm trying to look for a pendant that means something "here's the limited necklaces " she said pointing it out so I turn to look at it and spotted a snowflake necklace with a chanel logo engraved on its center
"I'll get that one" I said, I think it is a good choice since our place is definitely Finland and it is probably a place where it is mostly cold and Jennie and I visit Finland to see the Northern lights which is basically during winter
"Will you pay by cash?"
"Yes, also please don't mention anything to my girlfriend" the lady nodded and told me she'll just wrap it up. I grab my wallet and ask how much is it and the necklace is literally more expensive than the shoe earlier. I walk towards the guard so we can go and see Jennie
"Where have you been? I was looking for you" she said
"I just went to the restroom" I said making her nod
"Lisayah please try this on" she said giving me a jacket
"Jennie Kim, I told you-"
"Please just this one " she said making me sigh as I nod and grab the jacket from her hand
She bought the jacket for me and good thing it isn't as expensive as the necklace I bought her cause I'll seriously feel bad cause it seems like she just paid for my gift.
While we're waiting for the lady to pack my jacket Jennie stayed behind me since there's a lot of people right infront of the cashier and like what she said she's not very fond of too much people. She grab my hand from behind and hold it with both of her hands as she rest her head on my back

After a couple of minutes the lady pointed at the bag gesturing that she put the necklace inside as well so I nodded and mouthed thank you to her. Mr Kang grab the bag as I squeeze Jennie's hand so we can go out of the shop already.
For the whole day we just walk around beverly hills since Jennie will have her meeting tonight and once she's on her meeting already I'll try to cook some food. You see I even called Jisoo and Rosie to help me out and I told them that we'll facetime later so by the time Jennie's finish with her meeting we can eat dinner and celebrate our anniversary.
