"Hey, Sam! Dean! Come 'ere, I wanna talk to you both!" Bobby called down into the basement.

You were sitting on the couch, waiting. The boys had gotten back from dropping the soccer-mom, meat suit off at the hospital and were cleaning up their weapons and equipment in the workshop. You hear the two giants of men coming up the rickety, squeaky stairs long before they bust through the door.

      "Yeah, Bobby?"

      "What's up, Bobby?"

"Listen, I need you boys to do me a favor," Bobby said in a low voice," A big one."

"Okay... what is it?" Dean asked warily.

"It's Y/n," Bobby said softly," She wants to start hunting... and I was wondering if you'd let her ride along with you."

       "Yeah, sure," Sam said automatically.

Dean was a little less hospitable to this sudden push," Whoa, whoa Sammy! We need to talk about this."

"What's wrong, Dean? You saw her earlier, she's good," Sam said crossing his arms stubbornly," She could help us. A lot!"

"Except for the fact she's a kid!" Dean insisted forcefully.

"She's about 18 or 20," Bobby said softly.

"What? You don't even know? Never mind. I just think... maybe we should think about this," Dean pushed," I don't have time to babysit."

"Dean, it's not babysitting. It's training," Sam said.

"Is there a difference?" Dean asked.

There was a momentary pause in the conversation as Dean got looks from both Sam and Bobby.

"Fine..." Dean grumbled," We'll take her along. Sammy, you're responsible for her."

      Sam shrugged," Alright. Deal. Y/n!"

You stand up, walk over, smiling your sweetest smile," Yes?"

"Want to come with us on a hunt?" Dean asked," It'll probably be scary and could kill you. Not to mention you have to sit in a car for hours on end listening to the same five cassette albums, enjoy seedy motels which may or may not have wallpaper plastered up with herpes, and Sam's tendency to go nuclear after a taco."

Sam gave Dean a sideways," What the..." look, while Bobby rolled his eyes.

You were still smiling as you said," Sounds like a dream come true."

Dean clapped his hands together with a faux happy face," Wonderful."

He walked by you coldly as he went out to his car," Baby's leaving in 5 minutes!"

The door rattled shut. You and Sam share a look before you run up to your room. You were going. You were finally going to become a real hunter!
