You were stirred awake by Gabriel parking the car, then going around to your side of the door. Your bleary eyesight watched him open your door and pull you out. He cradled you in his arms, kicking the doors shut before heading towards the motel room door. Carefully, he opened the door, trying to not jostle you. Gently, he closed the door behind him before laying you down on your bed. You yawned, rolling over onto your side. That was the last thing you remembered before falling asleep completely.
You awoke to the smell of sulfur. Your brain was still muddled, but it understood only one thing. Danger. You sat up and saw Gabriel standing in a defensive position, his angel blade drawn and pointed threateningly at the sulfur-reeking intruder, who was now trapped at the door.
"Crowley?" you asked groggily," What are you doing here?"
"Stay back, Y/n!" Gabriel ordered," I'll take care of him."
"Like hell you will," Crowley growled," I wouldn't have come unless I had a reason."
"Noted," Gabriel said," What's your reason?"
"A warning, actually," Crowley said.
"A warning? Or a threat..." Gabriel growled.
"Y/n," Crowley said to you, rolling his eyes," Can you please tell your angel hound here to back down?"
Gabriel looked back over his shoulder at you, confused and almost pleading. You gestured for him to come back. He looked aghast that you wouldn't ask for him to kill Crowley on the spot, but he stepped back and stood next to you. Crowley still didn't look pleased, so you took Gabriel by his sleeve and pulled him down to sit on the bed. Gabriel's wide-eyed, confused expression turned into almost horror as you took his angel blade from his hand. You placed it on the nightstand and petted his hair back to try and reassure him.
"Are you two done ruffling feathers?" Crowley asked, annoyed.
"What do you want?" you asked darkly," What's your warning?"
"Asmodeus. He's back," Crowley said," Your little stunt in Hell kept him down for a while, but he and his cronies have turned topside. I hear they're looking for you."
"Thanks for the update," you said," I'll be waiting for their vengeful crusade to come and get me."
"If only they were out for revenge. That might have made this more simple," Crowley said in a musing tone.
"What do you mean?" you asked.
"Remember what I told you about their new savior? Their new King? Their greatest evil ever seen will rule Hell and Earth and conquer Heaven?" Crowley asked.
"Yeah...?"
"Well, now they know what it is," Crowley said, then pointed at you," It's you, Y/n. You're their new savior. Their new King of Hell. Well... Queen, actually."
"WHAT?!" both you and Gabriel shouted unanimously.
"Did I stutter?" Crowley asked sarcastically," They're coming for you, Y/n. To take you back to Hell so you can ascend the throne."
"Hold up, they think Y/n... is their new ruler?" Gabriel asked, then pointed at you," Y/n? This Y/n?"
Crowley rolled his eyes again," Yes, that Y/n."
You wondered if Crowley ever got headaches from rolling his eyes so often. He walked closer to you, looking at the floor as he paced.
"You have demon powers, mixed with archangel grace," Crowley said," And a bit of a monster of some sort. You're the tri-ultimate power source."
