Rayne's POV.
The war with Mark and the wild rouges was about six months ago and everything was back in order. The gates were in the process of being remodeled and rebuilt. It was Monday in March and thankfully the snow began to lift and although it was still chilly I decided today would be a perfect time to move into the house I had bought me and Sierra before.
Once I was done dealing with the bills of reconstructing the gates I stood and made my way down stairs to see Ian ordering around pack members "Ian." I called out causing him to nod to everyone and approach me "What's up?" He questioned chuckling as Luca and another pack member joked around.
"Since today is much calmer, I've decided that maybe it was time for me surprise Sierra and move everything to the new house." I explained Ian tensing. I smirked and placed my hand on his shoulder "You will be a great Alpha, along with Michael and Marshall by your side." I assured causing him to shake his head.
"I will never be as good as you Rayne." He admitted causing me to chuckle "Of course not... You'll be better." I pointed out patting his shoulder and allowing my arm to fall back to my side as he chuckled "And if anything I am only a phone call away you know that." I pointed out causing him to nod "You better visit." He warned causing me to smile.
"Of course. This is my family to." I reminded causing him to turn and looked around at everyone "Let's all help Rayne move Sierra and his stuff to their new house." Ian chuckled as everyone clapped and agreed.
Luckily Sierra was with April and Clara at the mall buying some baby things which would take awhile. We took about thirty minutes before we organized all of me and Sierra's clothes and other things before we went to the house and I placed it all in the drawers and the bathroom appliances neatly on the sink counter. I let out a breath and nodded "I'm ready..." I mumbled to myself as I rushed down stairs and prepared those amours Oreo balls and placed them elegantly on a plate.
I set it in the middle of the dinning room table and placed two vases beside it. I rushed into the city and bought two bouquets of roses and drove quickly back. I was so excited honestly. I couldn't wait to see her face, she would probably cry. I finally got back to the house and set the roses in the vases and filled it with water.
"Wait." I mumbled to myself and rushed back into the kitchen and grabbed the jaw of Nutella I had stocked last week. I poured some over the Oreo balls and clapped my hands "Perfect." I spoke to myself and let out a breath. I grabbed my cellphone and dialed Sierra's number.
She picked up on the fourth ring and I smiled "I bought so many baby clothes!" She yelped excitedly causing me to chuckle. We were having two boys and a beautiful girl and honestly... To say I was excited and happy was an understatement "Come to the new house babe." I mumbled looking at the cliche and corny set up I had in the dinning room and I smiled, the things she made me do.
She chattered a little on the other side before giggling "Why baby? Is there something wrong?" She questioned sounding concerned. I rubbed the back of my neck and shrugged "Just needed some time to myself but now I want you to come." I half lied "Okay I'm on my way now." She assured before we hung up.
I let out a breath and jumped in place, I was so prepared to live here. Away from pack problems, problems, and just enjoy my beautiful mate and pups. I wanted to be a family, be able to take my pups out side and enjoy the woods. I must have been thinking for awhile because soon there was a knock at the door and I rushed to it.
I opened it to reveal Sierra with a bunch of Baby'R us bags hanging from her shoulders. I chuckled and grabbed some and placed them on the couch "So what's wrong bab-" She cut herself off as I guided her into the dinning room. I stepped back and looked at her as she covered her mouth with her hands "I officially gave my position to Ian and Marshall is now a replacement Beta." I explained causing her to turn her hands on her big belly.
She wobbled to me and tears slid down her cheeks "The pack helped me bring our stuff here and I already unpacked everything." I explained as she smiled wide and cupped my cheeks bringing me down to a passionate kiss.
"I love you!" She yelped wrapping her arms around my torso and I smiled at the feeling of our pups kicking against my stomach "I love you to." I had everything I wanted... We were finally happy.
