Caliban - Till Death Do Us Part

You watched as Caliban walked into the room, upset. You got up from your bed before rushing over to him.

"What's wrong? What happened?" You asked as you hold his hand. He quickly pulled away before punching the wall

"Those pagans beat me," Caliban said angrily. Caliban wasn't looking at you.

"What happened to my friends and family?" You asked. Caliban finally glanced over at you.

"I'm sorry, my love," Caliban said. You felt your heartbreak. You sat on the bed before letting tears coming from your eyes fall.

"They're gone?" You sobbed as you looked up at him.

"I'm sorry. Once I got there, it was too late," Caliban tells you. You heard loud knocking before the doors opening. A demon servant rushed inside.

"King Caliban. The archangel, Michael, is here and destroying Hell," The servant said.

"What?!" Caliban said.

"Caliban? What do we do?" You sobbed. Caliban looked over at you before holding out his hand. You held his hand before getting up.

"I love you, Y/N. And I promised to keep you safe from anything. No matter what happens, I will always love you," Caliban tells you before leaning down to kiss you. You kissed him back before he pulled away.

"Do you trust me?" Caliban asked you.

"Of course," You nodded.

Caliban leads you to Pandemonium, where you saw an army of angels. You held onto Caliban tightly.

"I have a proposal for you," Caliban tells Michael.

"Why should I listen to you?" Michael asked.

"Because I have an innocent soul here," Caliban tells him.

"An innocent soul? Anyone in Hell is beyond innocent," Caliban said.

"Except her," Caliban said before showing you. Michael looked at you.

"I see. What is your proposal?" Michael asked.

"Take her to Heaven. Let her be with her family and friends, and you can torture me for all eternity," Caliban said.

"Caliban, no," You said.

"We will accept your offer," Michael said.

"Wait, no. Caliban," You said as an angel started to pull you away.

"This is the only way. I'm sorry, my wife," Caliban said. You reached your hand out for him.

The next thing you saw was your family in front of you. You looked around but couldn't see Caliban anywhere. You were suddenly in your house as if it was all a dream.

"Y/N, are you okay?" Your mother asked you.

"I'm not sure," You tell her.

As Caliban watched you leave, Michael went up to him.

"I don't see why she was with you, King of Hell," Michael tells Caliban.

"She's always been a good girl. She doesn't deserve to be stuck here for all eternity," Caliban tells him.

"Too bad, you both won't see each other anymore," Michael tells Caliban before stabbing him through the heart.

The ending for this brought tears to my eye, but I hope you enjoyed seeing a different side of Caliban then what is usually written in fanfictions! I hope everyone is doing well considering the circumstances in our world right now, be safe XOXO
