This is a request from Rachm265, about a transgender reader. I had a lot of fun writing this chapter and I hope you enjoy it! Remember my requests are open, so feel free to send in a request!
TRANSGENDER
My name is Rachel. My family and I moved to Greendale about 3 months ago. We moved because at my old high school, I came out as a transwoman, and because of this, I lost all of my friends and was subjected to bullying.
People would stop me in the corridor in school and call me rude names, they would go as far as leaving hurtful notes in my locker.
Thankfully my parents supported me with my transition, and when I told them about what was happening in school, they made the decision to pack us up from sunny California and move us across the country to the small town of Greendale.

My family and I have now been in Greendale for about 2 weeks, and we were still settling into our new home.
"Rachel, dinners ready!" my mom called from downstairs. I was still working on setting up my bookshelf.
"Coming mom" I called back to her, I stood up from the floor and made my way down for dinner.
As we were all sitting at the table, my parents kept exchanging looks with each other, it seemed like they were worried about something.
"Mom, Dad, what going on," I asked in a questioning voice.
"Um, well, you see Rachael," my dad said in a hesitant voice, "Your mom and I were discussing this last night, and we both agree that it is time for you to start school again. Your first day is tomorrow."
"What!" I exclaimed with a shocked look on my face, "I'm not ready for that! No one is going to like me; it's going to be just like California all over again!"
"It's going to be okay Rachael, you're a lovely girl, and if people don't want to be your friend, then that's their own fault."
"Okay, mom, I'm just so tired of being judged all of the time. first for being trans, and then to add to that people say I'm geeky and don't forget to add shy!"
"Rachael, don't worry," my dad said, "they will have to be crazy to not like you!"
"Thank mom and dad, I guess I'm starting to feel a little bit better now..."
"Alright, Rachael, eat up! You have a big day tomorrow!"
It was now the next day, and to say that I was nervous would have been the understatement of the year! God, I really don't want to go to school again. I got dressed and put my long brown hair into a high ponytail. I left my room quickly and ran down the stairs towards the front down and put my shoes on before shouting goodbye to my parents.
Walking out of my house, I went to my car and started to warm it up while I threw my backpack and lunch into the back seat.
Once I was ready to go, I got into the front seat and started the short drive to Baxter High. Yay! That's sarcasm bet you couldn't tell!
As I pulled up to my new school, I was pretty intimidated, but I was determined to get through this day.
I walked into the school and towards the office to get my schedule and locker info. When I entered the office, a prissy lady was sitting at the desk reading a book.
"Um, hello, I'm Rachael; I need to get my schedule," I said hesitantly.
"Oh, sorry, dear, I didn't see you there! Let me grab your schedule and call down the girl who will be showing you around the school today!" she said with a bright smile on her face.
