I hope you enjoy! Let me know what you thought of the chapter in the comments XOXO

Ambrose Spellman. You had loved him since 1945. You had met on VE Day in London. Everyone was snogging everyone in victory, you just so happened to find him. And the snog each other faces off.

Now it was 2018, and you both were still friends. And you were madly in love with him.You walked into the Spellman's funeral home, casual as could be.

"Hey, aunties. Have you seen Ambrose?" You asked them, the two were sat at the kitchen table."He's in his room, Y/N." Hilda said happily, "Do you want any tea, dear? It's Peppermint pumpkin." You shook your head.

"No, but thank you, Auntie, I've got to deliver this..." You looked at the bag of fast food in your hand, "Bag of diabetes to him before it gets cold." You giggled.

You climbed up the stairs to his bedroom, you let yourself in, not waiting to knock. There's nothing hidden between you, except the fact that you love him, but let's not get too hung up on that.

"Ambrose, I brought you your food." You announced as you barged in. Ambrose was still asleep, of course. Rolling your eyes, you pointed your finger towards a shelf over his bed, and made a few books fall onto his bed, successfully jolting him awake.

"Oh! Y/N! Good morning!" He sniffed the air a little, "Is that..." you nodded, jumped up over to you, and grabbed the bag.

"My dear Y/N, I do love you and your spontaneous gifts." He smiled.

"Well, I decided to treat you since you can't leave to get it yourself." You laughed and sat on his bed. He smiled and sat beside you.

"I need to tell you something." He smirked, you raised a brow curiously"And that is...?"

"I met someone." Your heart fell. He met someone? You forced a smile.

"That-That's brilliant Ambrose." Your voice was slightly flat. You could feel tears welling in your eyes.

You never thought he would meet someone at a funeral home. You know it's silly to be upset, but you couldn't help it. You had to get out of there.

"L-listen Ambrose, I've got to go. I've got to help my mother with... a potion. Yeah, a potion..." You rushed out, tears threatening to fall already. Ambrose rushed up and grabbed your arm."Hey, Y/N? What's the matter?" His voice was laced with concern, you couldn't hold back anymore.

"Ambrose, let go of my arm." You whimpered, tears falling down your face.

"Not until you tell me what's wrong." He said firmly, you sighed. It was no use.

"I love you, Ambrose. And it hurts to hear you don't love me back." Your voice broke. You couldn't look at him. His grip loosened on your arm.

"Y/N... I-"

"Save it. I'll see you late, Ambrose." You sighed. You walked out of the house, not knowing when you'd be back.
