We agreed to work with them. "Since we will be working together I should show you my face." Ainz took off his helmet and he had a actually face making me fall out of my chair from shock.

"I see from your face you're from the out." Peter mumbled as he looked at me concerned.

"That's why we are hiding our faces, I wouldn't want to cause any problems or put my daughter's life in danger." Ainz put his helmet back on.

'It was just an illusion, Aria, are you okay?' He asked in his mind and looked at me concerned.

"Yeah you just surprised me, I thought you were wearing a flesh mask." I whispered to him after I got back onto the chair with the help of Nabe, she was really worried.

"Now, what kind of relationship do you two have?! Is Ruby also your daughter!?" Lukrut pointed at Nabe.

"An ally." Ainz answered.

"I'M IN LOVE!! IT WAS LOVE AT FIRST SIGHT!! PLEASE GO OUT WITH ME!" He shouted to Nabe.

"Its like Albedo but male, annoying and pathetic." I commented silently so they didn't hear me say Albedo's name and start asking me questions.

"Shut up slug, talk to me once you know your place. Shall I cut your tongue out?" Nabe didn't even look at him.

"That's translated to never talk to me again or I will stab you, you insect." I translated it.

"Thank you for such a harsh rejection! Then let's start as friends." Lukrut held out his hand to her.

"Maggot, want me to spoon out your eyes?" Nabe looked to him.

"That cold glare of hers is so-" He got hit over the head by Peter.

"Sorry for my friend's rudeness." Peter apologised to us.

"Same here." Ainz replied.

"I'm not sorry." I added and Ainz flicked my forehead.

"Since we are both already prepared, let's leave immediately." Peter suggested.

We were walking to the entrance when the women from earlier appeared. "Momon, you have been requested for a specific job by Mr Nphirea Balear." She pointed at a guy that looks weak with blonde hair covering his eyes.

'He looks like the main character from one of those.' I heard Ainz think.

Nabe moved in front of us and was about to draw her sword to kill Balear even though he was just standing there, but Ainz chopped her on the head with his hand. "Don't move without thinking. I know you're trying to protect us but hold yourself back a little more." He scolded her.

"That's what Albedo said the other day, she said you're holding back on her with something hard and she wants you to just let it out." I mumbled, and he panicked.

"Forget it." He demanded.

"Nice to meet you, I'm the one who requested you." Balear greeted us

"I am very sorry, I promised to do a different job. I am honoured you requested me, but.." Ainz apologised.

"We have better things to do." I continued for him, and he held up a sweet to tell me to be quiet, I took it and kept quiet.

"Momon, it's a personal request for you!" Peter yelled.

"I know, but finishing the job I accepted first is common courtesy." Ainz explained.

"But it's a personal request." Peter retorted.

"How about this, I will make my decision after listening to Mr Balear's request." Ainz suggested, and he was happy with that.

We went upstairs into another room. "I work as a pharmacist in this city and I plan to go to the forest near Carne Village to gather herbs. I want you to guard me and help me collect herbs during the trip." Balear explained.

"Mr Peter, do you have an interest in being hired by me?" Ainz asked him.

"Why is everyone hiring everyone?" I groaned.

"What do you mean?" Peter asked Ainz.

"For a guarding request, a ranger like Mr Lukrut is necessary and if it was in a forest a druid would be useful." Ainz explained.

"You possess keen insight, Master Momon." Dyne nodded.

"We would be grateful for the request!" Peter exclaimed.

"I'm alright with it." Balear added.

"Good then one last question." Ainz nodded.

"Are there sweets in the reward?" I asked and Ainz sighed while everyone else laughed.

Ainz gave me a sweet. "Why did you request me? I just came here yesterday." Ainz asked him.

"I heard of what happened in the inn." Balear explained.

"Oh, the smashing? Was it Miss Banshee who told you?" I spoke up.

"I don't know if that customer is the who you're thinking about, but they told me Momon easily defeated upper-ranked adventurers in the blink of an eye, any other questions?" Balear explained.

They were no more questions, and we immediately left.

Balear is riding a cart with a horse pulling it, Ainz put me in the back of the cart while everyone else walked. "You stay far away from enemies so you don't get hurt, and use only up to third-tier spells and use higher ones if it's an emergency."

I nodded since he didn't say how far away I had to be from the enemies so I can still go as close as I want.

We travelled for quite a while and I just looked out at all of the forest. I never left the village until Ainz found me, so it was cool seeing the outside world.

Nabe has never really been out either, but she was more interested in glaring at everyone who even tried to look at Ainz, she would start to hiss as well. "Are you a cat?" I asked her.

Nabe looked to me and gave me a small smile. "No, I'm not La- R-u-by." She had a very tough time even saying my name then she crouched down on the floor in a ball.

"Are you okay? Do you want me to help you walk?" Lukrut came over and held out a hand to her.

Have smacked his hand away and then walked past him, she left some actually scratch marks on his hand. 'She is a cat.' I heard Ainz think.

"Catgirls." Lukrut laughed to himself, it was creepy.

"Ignore him." Ainz told me and I nodded.

It was peaceful as we carried on and we stopped at some river so the horse can have a break and a drink.

I got off the cart and went to look at the water, it was really clear. "Hey, Nabe, there will be no problems while I'm the eyes and ears of the team, well, aren't I amazing?" Lukrut asked her.

"Will you allow me to squash him, Mr Momon?" Nabe asked.

"Harsh as usual." Lukrut laughed.

"This area is the wise king of the forest territory, right?" Ninya asked.

"Wise king?" I asked as I took my shoes and socks off so I could run around in the water.

They all smiled at me. "It's a mighty mythical creature that has lived for hundreds of years." Balear explained. "Its a silver four-legged beast that has the tail of a snake, it is wise and can use magic."

"Hey, dad, can we go meet it?" I asked him.

"It would be interesting to meet such a creature." Ainz mumbled.

I then thought of something and quickly got out of the water and ran over to Ainz.

He bent down near to my height. "How old are you?" I asked him.

Ainz was silent. "An age?" It sounded more of a question than an answer.
