Our adventures led us to an empire this time and it was huge, I was on Ainz's shoulder looking around at all the stalls "No sweets, this place sucks" I pouted "I will just make my own."

Ainz quickly held up a bag of sweets before I used my magic and I took them off him happily "The people here all have bright eyes thinking they have a bright future ahead" Ainz mumbled.

"No their eyes look normal, not glowy or anything like yours" I stared at them and one person glared at me.

Nabe went to snap their neck and Ainz stopped her "The Emperor here is called El Nix, he is known as the bloody emperor from all the bloodshed he has caused, his reforms have made a wonderful impact, he removed all incapable nobles from power and values talents over status."

"So he's a cool guy" I mumbled.

"Yeah" He nodded "Since we are here we should visit the adventurers guild here, we will do a simple job selling our name."

Demiurge made a plan for us to turn Nazarick into a country, we are supposed to meet some old fart and accept some request from the guild and that's all I know.

We waited in some room to meet an old man and he came in looking very bored like me, Ainz then put me down on some chair.

He took off one of his rings and the old man fell to his knees so I took off mine and he was crying "At such a young age! You're both gods, you are truly of the tenth tier! Please I beg of you two make me your student!" He bowed to me.

"What will I get in exchange?" I looked down at him with a smirk on my face.

"Everything I have! Everything, oh deep one!" He freaked out and lost his voice while crying on the floor.

"So my power really does have such a big effect on people?" I mumbled.

'OH NO! SHE'S REALIZING HER POTENTIAL!!' Ainz freaked out in his mind.

"Its nothing that has ever been seen in this world, you're truly one of a kind!" The old guy yelled.

"So you got any sweets?" I asked.

'She's just thinking about sweets, thank god sweets exist or this world would have already been in ruins before I got here, I never thought sweets could be something that can protect a whole world' Ainz sighed in relief and sat in a corner of the room to have a moment to calm down and Nabe was very concerned.

We then left and waited till late at night to meet up with the other adventurers for the request, I was exhausted and I just wanted to sleep.

We were hired to protect a bunch of weak adventurers "Let me introduce the adamantite adventurers, Momon of Darkness and Magical girl Ruby and their teammate Miss Nabe" We were introduced to them.

"I would like to ask one thing" Ainz spoke up.

"Me to" I added.

"Why do you head to the ruins?" Ainz asked, "Adventurers would be demanded to do this request but you workers decided to take this on."

"Money of course" One answered.

"So you have been offered enough money to put your lives on the line?" Ainz asked.

"That's right, we have been offered enough money for us to risk our lives" A small ball of armour answered.

"I see so that is your choice, I understand my question was worthless " Ainz mumbled.

"Now here's a not worthless question, do any of you have sweets?" I asked.

'Of course, she would ask that' Ainz sighed in his mind.
