Draco sat at the bottom of my bed, he wore an oversized home knitted jumper with a large D on it. Molly had made him it the same night we got here, she wanted him to feel welcomed. He took the jumper with a bashful smile, blushing slightly. We were both reading from my collection of books stacked in the corner, there wasn't much to do and Harry and Hermione weren't here. Ron was still annoyed at Draco's presence but I knew he was slowly getting over it. I could hear the sound of Remus talking in hushed whispered downstairs and my stomach turned slightly. I looked at Draco and he looked up from his book.

"I'm going to go down and see, Remus. Are you alright here?" I asked getting up from the bed. He nodded with a small smile before looking back down at his boom. I made my way downstairs and into the kitchen where Arthur, Molly, Tonks and Remus sat.

"You know whispering can be seen as a very rude thing." I told them all, not making eye contact as I made my way over to the herbs. I picked a few before dumping them into a cub and grabbing some boiling water.

"Yes well, sometimes it's safer." Arthur responded and I smiled and nodded at Jim's politely. Remus looked up from the newspaper he held in his hand, he folded it over and sat it to the side before gesturing for me to sit down. I looked at Tonks who was smiling at me half heartedly. I knew something was about to go down.

"How was your experience at the Malfoy manner?" Remus asked quite abruptly, the serious tone in his voice and look on his face making me shiver slightly. I sipped my tea and shrugged my shoulders slightly.

"Under the circumstances of being there, quite shit."I answered at first, but then proceeded. "But actually, it was quite comfortable. The house was quite cold, but Narcissa was lovely and Lucius was bearable, Oscar kept me company and Draco was always around. It wasn't as bad as I thought it would be." I told them truthfully and Remus nodded, leaning forward, closer to me. Molly looked between us nervously while Arthur shared a worried look with Tonks.

"Do you know that Draco is truly here for your benefit, or his?" Remus asked me with a raised eyebrow. I knew was he was inquiring. I snapped my gaze to meet his, staring at him with annoyance. I leaned forward also, mimicking him, everyone shared a look with each other, even Ginny and Ron who were sitting on the sofa.

"Do you think, I would bring him here if I wasn't sure?" Annoyed at the fact he didn't trust me or Draco. I stood up, looking at my Uncle. "I can't believe you wouldn't trust my judgement. I can't believe you'd think I'd put my family in danger." I said, slightly hurt by his assumption. He sat back in his chair and I made my way outside. Kicking the first slightly as I wandered around outside.

"You are such a child." Draco said from behind me, I didn't turn to him, just continued to kick the dirt. "I don't think your Uncle meant what he did, if he skeptical also if I were in his position." He told me, this time I turned to him.

"You really do annoy me Draco Malfoy." I told him and he smirked, taking my hand in his own. He stared down at our hands as he gently messed around with the ring on my finger.

"Ah yes, that's why you've made me abandon my family and go against everything I stood for." He told me and I looked up at him quickly, raising an eyebrow at him.

"Stood for?"I whispered, his gaze still didn't meet mine. I smiled at him softly, gently placing a kiss to his cheek. Just as Draco looked at me, someone called my name out, both Draco and I turned towards the voice quickly.

"Eurydice! Oh my god! I've missed you so much!" George yelled as he ran towards me at full speed, before he could stop himself, he jumped onto me, making us both fall back into the ground. I groaned loudly.

"I'm happy to see you too George." I told him, he hugged me tightly as I lay on the floor, him on top of me. Draco and Helios shared friendly smiles and a handshake as Ron cane running outside.

"Bloody hell Mags, you just about died." Ron told me, picking out a twig from my hair. I chuckled and nodded as George helped me up properly.

"Not the first time that's happened." I told him jokingly, but we all knew it was true. I looked at Helios who looked back at me, a smile on his face.

"Yeah dumb ass, I trusted him, he got me out. I get it." I rolled my eyes and he just laughed and pulled me into a hug.

"Always listen to your big brother little one." He said, trying to be the annoying older brother. I groaned and pushed him away from me, making him chuckle and stumble back slightly. As I stood back, ready to address my brother and friends, Remus slowly walked towards us. He greeted his nephew, pulling him into a hug which Helios happily returned. When the pair pulled away, Helios looked around at everyone.

"How's about we head inside." He said, nodding his head towards the bungalow. Everyone nodded and followed Helios into the house, George talking to Draco and Ron discussing something with Helios. Remus and I walked side by side around the house, a comfortable silence thick in the air.

"I didn't mean for you to think that I didn't trust you, you know I trust you and your brother more than anything." His tone was caring, full of love. I nodded slightly.

"I know, It's just hard to get people to understand that I'm not going anywhere and Draco made the choice t be here. He could've just left us in that house, where we would both probably die with the upcoming war. But he didn't." I stopped and Remus stopped with me. "I trust him, I really do." I told Remus, looking him straight in the eye. He sighed but nodded, he leaned forwards and pressed a kiss to the top of my head.

"Come on  then, best get in for lunch." He told me and I nodded. We walked into the house, laughing silently at my accidental trip on the stairs.
