We watched as the Slytherin students were escorted to their common room, in the midst of everyone I didn't see Draco. I looked at McGonagall as she led her students out of the great hall to where the was was to commence. Everything felt so surreal, Remus pulled me to the side and I looked at him. His gaze was full of worry as Tonks walked up beside him. He placed his hand on my cheek as Tonks held mine and his hands. They were my little family, the Weasleys were my family, but Remus would always be my uncle and Tonks would always be my auntie. I looked at him, tears slowly making their way down my cheeks.

"Don't say it." I pleaded with him, suddenly scared of  what he was going to say. A single tear rolled down his cheek as he wiped away my own.

"I love you, Eurydice." He said, choking back his tears and I shook my head, placing my free hand on the hand he had on my cheek.

"Don't say that like it's goodbye Moony." I told him. He smiled at me hopefully, Tonks leaning forward and kissing the side of my head. Remus looked behind me before looking back at me again. "Go, Eurydice." He told me and I nodded. I made my way into the school, coming across Hermione and Ron who wore large smiles.

"What's got you guys so cheery?" I asked, Hermione blushed as did Ron. I think I already knew the answer. I smirked and nodded, turning my attention to the drop in the atmosphere. The shield had broken, we were under attack. I looked back to Ron and Hermione, now noticing that they were soaking wet.

"We've got tp find Harry, he's int he room of requirement, come on." Hermione said following after Ron who had already took off, as we made our way to the room, we looked out fo the windows, fearfully taking over us as we watched our school be destroyed. The sound of rubble, screams and pain plagued us. We quietly make our way into the room of requirement, I take a second to look around, stuff piled high, it was a mess. But then my gaze landed on Draco, his wand pointed towards Harry who was talking to him. I stepped out of the darkness behind Harry as Ron tried to stop me.

"Draco" I whisper as I stand next to Harry. He looks at me warily as I don't take my gaze from Draco's.

"You aren't supposed to be here." He told me, tears in his eyes as he shakes his head, Blaise and Goyle exchange glances.

"Come on Draco, you know this isn't you anymore, think about the bungalow, tea in the morning, the fire at night. That mark doesn't make you who they want your to be." I told him. He looked at me, faltering slightly, but as Harry moved beside me he pointed his wand at him again, taking back his cold exterior.

"Give me back my wand." He asks Harry, he shakes his head, looking at me, I nod.

"No, I don't think so..."Harry pulls the wand from his pocket and looked down at it. "Besides, it's allegiance is to me now. If you want it, you'll have to win it back. Perhaps even kill me." Harry eyes Draco and I look at him pained.

"Come on, Draco. Don't be a prat, just do 'im." Goyle whispers in his ear. He looks at me, I shake my head at him. We watch as he lowers his wand, Blaise and Goyle watch him in confusion. Harry let's out a breath he didn't know he was holding.

"No." He whispers. But as he goes to step forward, Blaise grabs him, pulling him back. Pointing his wand at Hermione who had stepped out of the shadows with her wand pointed at him. She disarms Blaise which makes Goyle step forward, returning her attack.

"Avada Kedavra!" He yells and we watch as the green stream of lights emanates from the end of his wand and soars through the air, it hits off of one of the stone busts instead and sends the diadem fleeing into the air. I jump out of the way as Ron fires multiple spells at Goyle but I turn to Harry. I look at Draco who is looking at me as spells are exchanged around us. I smile at him slightly, he doesn't get the time to return the smile as the walls of junk around us groan. I look at Harry with fear and he takes my arm, I look back at Draco who wore a pained look. Harry grabs me as we run, the towers of junk falling like dominoes just as the shelves had back in the ministry the day Sirius died.  Harry finally lets go of me as he and Hermione rush after the diadem, I try my best to keep up.

"Well done." Harry say as he looks at the object in Hermione's hand. "Let's find Ron and get out of here." Harry said and I pray that Draco had gotten out already, safely. The three of us turn around to see Ron running after us, a river of flames following after him.

"Run! Goyle's set the bloody place on fire!" He yells grabbing my arm as he passes by me. We all run at full sprint. Around us ash falls from the sky as the junk is burned, the fire manifests into large creatures.

"Split up!" Harry yells, Ron doesn't let go of me so we run together, but it's not use, the fire follows after us, a firey dragon hot on our heels. We meet back with Hermione and Harry eventually and I look up, seeing Draco and Blaise climbing up the piles of junk, the fire following close behind him.

"Fuck." I whisper making everyone else look up at the pair.

"Do we climb!" Hermione asks and I shake my head, looking at Harry as he stares up at Draco.

"No, it'll just follow us." He tells us, he looks around but I don't take my eyes off of Draco. Harry shoves an old broomstick in my direction. "Here take this." He tells us and we all do. Immediately as I mounted the broom, I made my way up to Draco. I hold out my hand and he took his, I pulled him onto my stick and Ron collects Blaise. Our landing isn't exactly comfortable as we all fall through the doors of the Room of requirement. I groaned as I looked down at my scrapes knee. Harry scrambles to sit up as Draco and I watch him red what the diadem says before driving the fang through it. I stand up, Draco helping me and I look at him.

"Hi." I whisper. He leans forwards and kisses my forehead before we turn around. He takes my hand and we run to the great hall while Hermione, Ron and Harry assure me they'll be alright. The first person I see is Helios, he turns to me as he notices Draco and I.

"Oh my god." He whisperes as he looks at Draco and I. He pulls us both into a hug, holding us close to his chest. "I thought you were dead." He spoke, pulling away and looking at me, I smile and shake my head.

"Takes a lot to kill me." I told him. He smiles and Draco and I make our way outside, wands drawn as we get ready to fight off whatever comes at us.

"You ready?" I asked and he looks at me, he nods and I smile. We stand, firing off death eaters from everywhere. Students watch as Draco Malfoy fights for their side.
