Draco lay beside me, both us staring at the ceiling. It was the early morning, neither of us had slept after the events of last night. I'd had a panic attack as Hagrid carried George into the house, Draco held me on the floor of the bedroom we shared as I sobbed. I hadn't spoke to George yet, not exactly sure what to say, I couldn't imagine how Molly and Arthur must feel, Fred also. Draco held my hand close to his chest as we lay in the silence of the house, it was too early for anyone to be awake yet, the sun had only just risen. I took a deep breath, my cinnamon candle that burned by my bed filling me with peace. The presence of Draco beside me, filled me with so much happiness, knowing he was safe in a place he was happy.

"The Weasleys aren't half bad." Draco said almost in pain. I smiled and rested my head on his shoulder. Never thought I'd say that." He told me and I shook my head.

"Molly's accepted you as one of the family, there's no escape now." I joked half-heartedly. Draco shifted slightly, getting comfy again. "I remember the first night I spent here, I couldn't sleep, so Fred, George and I spent the whole nite doing a puzzle. Boring but it was fun with them."   I told him.

"I used to hate seeing the Weasleys around, especially the both of them. But I knew they made you happy. I wish I hadn't been so horrible." I could hear the regret in his tone, I knew it hurt him knowing he could've been a better person. I squeezed his hand tighter and kissed the top of it.

"I miss Hogwarts." I whispered, I missed waking up in the morning and going down to the great hall, I missed walks around the castle and I even missed the school work. Draco nodded, agreeing with me.

"I miss it too." He told me. We lay for a while longer before eventually the bungalow awoke, the smell of porridge drifted through the house and I looked up at Draco, noticing he'd fallen asleep. I smiled, leaning forward and kissing him on the forehead, he smiled slightly in his sleep, moving around to get comfy. I pulled on a jumper and some pj shorts before making my way out of the room, shutting the door quietly. Just as I turned around, Fred walked up to me, a smile on his face.

"George has been asking for you, he's still a bit... off. But he's okay."Fred assured me and I nodded. I watched as he made his way downstairs. I looked back at Fred's room and then sighed. I opened the door, shutting it quietly before turning to George on the bed. He was sat up, drinking a cup of tea, sunlight poured in through the window.

"Well don't you look terrible." I said with a smile as I made my way over to the bed. George turned, revealing the other side of his head bandaged. I grimaced slightly at what it looked like last night.

"Ah yes, always the one to be so loving." He said and I rolled my eyes as I sat on the bed in front of him. I looked at him with a sad smile.

"Are you alright?" I asked, a lump rising in my throat. Unsure as if he was in pain. He smiled at me sweetly.

"I'm okay, Eurydice. I promise, just got myself into a sticky situation, lost an ear because of it, but that's alright." He shrugged and I sighed and shook my head.

"I'm glad you're alright, George. So glad." I told him. He nodded and pulled me into a hug, it was a very brotherly hug.

"Now, I'm pretty sure Remus wants to speak to you, he's been wandering around outside for the past 10 minutes. Strange bloke he is." He joked and I rolled my eyes, pushing him slightly to the side. I made my way out of the room, greeting everyone as I walked past the kitchen and outside. Reemus was stood staring at the sky, it was getting closer to the full moon.

"Eurydice." Remus greeted me as I stood next to him, looking up at the sky also. "I heard Draco and yourself talking this morning but didn't want to bother you." He told me and I smiled at him gently.

"How are you feeling?" Remus asked, I looked at him confused. My heart sinking slightly, I knew he knew something that I didn't.

"I'm okay, just glad everyone is alright, well... not everyone." I frowned slightly, thinking of Mad-eye and Hedwig. Remus nodded, looking back up to the sky.

"Yes, well. We all knew the hazard." Remus said simply and I nodded.

"Maggie! I've made you a cup of tea!" Molly called out and I nodded and smiled. She watched Remus and I from the door nervously.

"Go get your tea before it goes cold, I'll be out here." He told me and I nodded. I made my way into the bungalow, Draco and Hermione sat at the table, conversing over a class they were in a while ago when they argued.

"Oh my dear, you look frightful." Arthur said as he looked at me closely. Everyone turned to me, Hinny teaching forwards and laying the back of her hand on my forehead.

"You are awfully warm, Mags." She said and I just sighed and shrugged. Sitting down next to Harry, I nudged his shoulder, making him look up at me.

"Excited for your birthday?" I jokingly asked him quietly. He smirked and shook his head.

"Almost excited as you are for your brother to find out you and Draco share a bed." He joked back, I burst out laughing, making everyone look at Harry and I. Remus stopped as he walked in the door, looking at us both with a raised eyebrow.

"Oh you crack me up, Potter." I said and he smiled and shook his head as he ate his breakfast and I drank my tea.
