From the period of time between the eighth of March, which was the day of Freddie's epic but failed brainwash attempt, and the near endings of the month, the other side and us had been stuck in a wild chase. It was to the likes of Tom and Jerry: never ending it seemed.

They'd try an attack, but the units at SoR Singapore are efficient and strong, so we were quick to subdue any of their plans. We were never quick enough to catch them, though. We caught a few to be fair, but it's not enough to stop them for good.

Eventually, we managed to chase them out of Singapore. They're on to America now. I don't believe they're going to let their previous failure stop from initiating their plan. They seized the forces in Japan already, and I wish we could do more to help them. Roger affirms that chasing them down will help us more than trying to fix what has already been broken.

As for Deaky, he prefers to be left alone. I haven't seen him so distant before. Even back at SoR London in the beginnings of this year before we went on this quite perilous adventure, he still conversed with us. He'd rather drown himself in his work than speak to us. Something happened that day that really set him off. He never bothered to tell us. He just resorted to keeping to himself.

John's an amazing kid, and I know he wants nothing more than to help the world out. I am lead to believe he forgot he was sixteen. He's lost his youth in these few months, and I know how rapidly he had to mature for the sake of saving lives. It's come to the point where he feels as though failure automatically results in catastrophe. Of course, it may result in that sometimes, but he's just so hard on himself. I hate to see him stuck in such a low in his life. Once, I just hope he can smile again. Then again, I rarely see him anymore, so I wouldn't know if he were to crack a grin.

He's forced himself into a constant workaholic state. It's admirable within a certain perspective that he's working so hard, but I'm concerned that if he keeps himself under these conditions it will only hurt him more. I've tried to budge and bother him a little, but it's only blown up into more arguments.

It's currently the last Sunday of March, and we're just about to leave for Hollywood. Roger's elated, and so am I! Actually, I've never been to the U.S., and I'd like to partake in all the tourist activities if I'm able to. If I can't, then I'll just take Roger back here when all this sh*t is done. John, like I said, doesn't say much, so I'm not quite sure his feelings on our next destination.

California's quite the peculiar spot to be targeted. They're shying away from the more obvious spots like Washington D.C., which I don't feel the need to explain why that's overt, or one of New York. Over there's where, believe it or not, we have the most spy activity on both ends of the spectrum. I guess they wanted to exempt us of any extra forces, but that also means they will have less as well.

I do suppose that aside from Alaska and Texas, I hear, that California is one mammoth of a state. A populous one too. If they continue their attacks escalating the scale each time, then California wouldn't be too wild of an option. Hollywood's got it's mark on the maps. Surely if it were to be the epicenter of bad happenings, it would get out to the world and stay there for a while. That's their goal: spooking the world into their beliefs.

"Ready?" Roger hauled the remainder of his luggage into the trunk of the Uber we were taking to the airport.

"If I'm not already, then I'll have to be."

Roger grinned with a little hint of mischief in his smile. He pulled me in by the waist getting the opportunity to peck my cheek. It did hurt my neck when he pulled it down to his level, but a kiss from Roger is always well received.

"Always a lengthy response out of you," Roger sighed, feigning irritation. "We'll be alright."

"Definitely." I took his hand and said, "I've got you."
